Just got our new Santa Fe from Tulsa Hyundai. Smooth and fun experience thanks to our salesperson Reggie Blair. Reggie was knowledgeable and pro active, as well as super fun and transparent.

The buying experience was decent aside from all the waiting. We noticed several scratches on the vehicle in a couple of places. Nathan lead me to believe those could quickly be buffed out and he would have a service appt for me very soon. I am still waiting ... I have texted him several times and he is just irritates and not very responsive. Was the sale was made he has apparently washed his hands of me. Pleasant and helpful salesman is gone after the sale.

Thank you for your review, Terri. Oil leaks can be very serious. I'm glad you stopped in and got that taken care of.

They took 33 days to repair my car and also dented it up

They took 33 days to repair my car and also dented it up in two spaces. Despite me having pictures from the insurance company showing those dents were not present in the initial time whilst the car was in their possession, they deny fault or repair and I am having to take them to court.
