The staff at the service center were working diligently, and it was evident they had thoroughly trained their service writers on effective communication. The quality of the work appeared excellent. However, the waiting room was less accommodating. The hard surfaces and echoing acoustics made it uncomfortable, compounded by constant foot traffic. There was no option for semi-private space to take a conference call, as the seating was entirely communal, giving the impression that strangers were expected to engage in group conversations. Additionally, screens were visible from hallways and walkways, and conversations lacked privacy, as they could be easily overheard. I don't know what the architects were thinking when they designed this space.

Tulsa Hyundai had the best price... beating out Fayetteville, Joplin, and Russellville, AR. Sales team was was pleasant, and Eugene in Finance was fantastic!

Too long of wait and always finds something to charge for. Charged for oil change and tire rotation which was my understanding it was free for 100000 miles.

30 days to repair front end suspension tie rods and one
30 days to repair front end suspension tie rods and one strut. Part of the issue was the dealership and their policies but also another big factor was All State Insurance and they're slow approval processes. Because of this I was not able to return home to Texas till weeks after I was supposed to.
