Buying a car from Farris Motor Co was a pleasant experience. Of all the new and used vehicles that we have purchased in my lifetime I must say that this, by far, was the most enjoyable. Matt Owens, salesman, is a pleasant young man who is professional, caring, and honest. We also enjoyed meeting and talking with Jamie. I feel like we have made two new friends and look forward to working with them in the future.

treated great through the whole purchase by everyone since ive had several calls to just check on me,,, great place to purchase a car,,,i will recommend them to everyone...

great service

looking to buy a car.We thought we would have to settle for a used car salesman Kyle Campbell and his manager matt listened to our needs and we walked out with a 2016 Chrysler 200. Highly recommend Farris Motor Company we were treated so good. the best experience ever.

Bad experience

This place actually RAISED the price during negotiations. I dealt with a very nice but inexperienced salesman. I would not recommend this dealership.

Farris Motor Co.

On April 21, 2015, I decided to buy my first vehicle, and I was afraid to deal with all the unknowns that come with buying a car from a dealership. At the age of 22 you hear a lot of things; credit score effects availability, you need full coverage insurance to drive away with a car, down payments, and as an everyday working Joe still in his early years these things really concerned me. But I got to hand it to the boys at Farris, Kyle did a impeccable job answering all my questions and helping a young man aquire something that fulfilled all myvehicular needs. If you're looking for some good, honest, professional help where they talk with you and not down at you, I suggest stopping in at Ferris.

JOSEY AT FARRIS MOTOR COMPANY TOOK CARE OF US

I went in today looking for a vehicle after looking for a few years. Josey took care of me from start to finish. I have been to several car lots, Josey took the time to explain the process to me, made it clear to me yes it would be nice to sale you a car today, but I want to make sure it works for you. Thank You Josey and the team, I will spread the good work and also return one day for my future car purchase.

Awful service

I had a horrible experience, the salesman was nice but that's it, I had brought my vehicle to trade, and had heard several commercials about being the dealer for the people, and how u only need $7.00 down or $12.00 down, so we drive almost 2 hours to get there after having a horrible experience rite down the Rd. I talked to the sales lperson I did my application on line there was a guarantee they could help us, then we get there wait around for 3+ hours just to be told yes I'm approved but.... We have to have $1000.00 down???? Really because that's not what the advertisements were saying, and then when we go to leave I told them that I was told if we didn't get a vehicle they would help us with gas money but when the time came to leave they told us nope they don't do that, so I called as soon as we left and Complained, and they told me that yes they do in fact give u some gas for ur trip, she was suppost to be calling me back the following Monday to see what they could do I've never heard from them since.....

great service and helpful salesman

I was well pleased with buying process. Josh Owens was a very helpful salesman. Wasn't overbearing or rude.He was very friendly and respectful . He went out of his way to help make the process simple. I would highly recommend to anyone to go to them for your next vehicle.
