The worst dealership experience we have ever had, every

The worst dealership experience we have ever had, every aspect from the misinformation of what was included in vehicle, shaming us about not getting the extended warrantee, seller not making enough commission, vehicle itself needed mechanical work not completed by the dealership prior to the purchase. Sean Lehutsky (our salesman) rudely augured with us about All-weather floor mats that were not in the vehicle but clearly listed under the dealerships notes of included items, Luckly I had printed out the full description to prove the oversight. After we left the dealership, my recently purchased vehicle was immediately serviced at my local Dodge dealership which took a week to correct problems. NIGHTMARE from the moment we walked in the BATES FORD dealership until we left.

Paul Tubbs, the General Manager is a true jerk.

Paul Tubbs, the General Manager is a true jerk. He talked to me like a dog. Rude as xxxx. I will never be back. Look into recent events with Bates Ford and you’ll see why people don’t like them. Side note: Joey Campbell was a great guy. But Paul Tubbs is the worst GM ever.

Steve Kress, Mike and Nathan made this process very easy and seamless. Best dealership experience ever! Buying a car was the last thing we expected to do at this time and we were apprehensive going in. Everyone involved helped make our decision much easier. Would highly recommend Bates Ford to anyone.

Treated me like a criminal beci didn't want to give my name address email , I payed for a 12 dollar part and the employees surrounded me an would not let me like a criminal and demanded my information or get a refund ,, I felt intimidated and had to get a refund to leave , they told me I was stupid because I didn't want to give my information over a 12 dollar part,,, DO NOT BUT FROM BATES FORD THEY ARE CROOKS AND TYRANTS

Just bought a new F150 from Rich Martinez and could not be more pleased. He made the transaction painless. He was very helpful and also the F&I was very helpful. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone

I called Tyler in the parts department and he extremely

I called Tyler in the parts department and he extremely helpful. Wanted to get some understanding about lift kits versus leveler kits for my 2017 F-250 Super Duty Turbo Diesel. He took the time to talk with me about parts, looks, handling, etc. I left with a much better understanding of what I wanted. Probably schedule an install after the Christmas Season.

Recently bought a 23 bronco sport from Bates.

Recently bought a 23 bronco sport from Bates. Scott Smith helped make things smooth and easy. We got there around 3:30 and was out the door in a couple hours. We are loving the new ride!

My salesman, Wes, was great.

My salesman, Wes, was great. He made the process smooth and easy. The finance guy (whose name I have forgotten) was very pleasant. He explained my options but I didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely purchase from Bates again.
