Performance Chevrolet

My wife and I made several trips to Performance Chevrolet over the past several months to decide on what new vehicle we would buy for my wife. We looked at several other vehicles from other manufacturers, but decided that the 2018 Traverse offered the best features for our expectations. I have bought several vehicles over the years from the Perry Family. We have always had great service from the Chevy products we have bought, starting with the 1969 Chevelle SS396; my first car purchase. Todd Brown was very patient with us as we compared the features of the new Traverse as compared to the 2017 version and other competitors. In the end, Todd, Ken, and the rest of the Chevy Team worked with us to make a deal we could afford. We are really happy with the Premier edition of the Traverse. The color is great and we are just learning how to use all the features comfortably. Thanks and we look forward to several years of enjoyment of our new ride. Hugh McCain

I have been a performance Chevy customer for years. December 31,2017 I came in for service on my 2013 Equinox. Seeing the sales team show up and knowing most from my past purchases We started talking and joking each other. With the trade in if my 2013 Equinox and the employee discount I walked away with a 2018 Equinox paid in full. Keep up the good work performance Chevy!!

At the end of year sales event for Performance Chevrolet in Elizabeth City, all the sales staff were busy and committed to doing their utmost best to bring about satisfaction for the customers. I was one of those customers where through my numerous experiences to bring about about a sale where I felt satisfied wasn’t met on many occasions. This visit was the best of all for me, where I was satisfied that the staff was committed to seeing the sale to a successful end. Ken and Christina have made me now a returning customer. In 2010, I had to buy in Greenville due to sales apparently not being a top priority. Thanks to all the staff working now. You are committed and dedicated all the way through.

Simplest car purchase ever. John and Trey took care of everything. Great deals and great service. Time from arrival to keys in hand was under 1.5 hours

Good experience. I didn't want to spend that much time at dealership, but those guys have a TON of paper work to process. They did good.

Just want to thanks the sale manager and my sale rep for giving me a positive shopping experience buying my new car. It was a very frustrating process at other dealership but I was pleasantly surprise how friendly and honest the sale manager was and the my sale rep. I apologize I can't remember their names to mention . This dealership has earned my business for life and I will recommend my friends and family to shop their for any vehicle needs.
