I initially went to the dealership because of a letter I got from them offering me double for my present car which was a 2012 Malibu LS to find out if this was true or not. I went to Todd Brown desk because every time I brought my car in for maintenance/service I would see him. He was always friendly and would speak to me while I was waiting in the lounge area for my car. I showed him the letter I received and he said it was real. I told him I saw a vehicle in the lot called a Trax and asked him some questions about it. He told me about the sales they were having on 2016 and 2017 vehicles. He asked me what color car I was looking for and I said white. He went to get the keys to a white Trax and so I could test drive it. I test drove the vehicle. When we got back he ran my credit and gave the information to the finance person. In the mean time, there was a Trax on the show room floor and I was reading the spects and saw that the engine and parts were made in Korea and that was a red flag for me. I told Todd that I was not comfortable with anything being made by the Koreans. I told him I knew about vehicles made the Japanese and Germans. When the finance person told him to show me the white Equinox. Todd went and got that vehicle and we went on a test drive and I liked the truck. The rest is history, I purchased the 2018 Equinox and drove it home that same day 10/28/2017. I received excellence professional and customer services over and beyond normal. I got the best possible deal, all the extras that were important to me and other perks that were available to me at the time. Todd set up for me my WiFi, on star, programmed my blue tooth, showed me how to use various function on the vehicle and assisted me with changing my insurance vendor.which gave me great savings.

We went to look at a car we saw online on a rainy night, Todd Brown was beyond helpful in showing us the car, letting us drive it and overall information. He introduced us to Trey and they both discussed how we would come back another day to complete the sale. They were not pushy, just very helpful. We came back when neither were there to start the paperwork, hit a few snags with the people we had to work with and were ready to walk. Remembered how awesome they were before and gave Trey a call prior to walking away, he made everything right, met our price points to the best of his ability and finished the sale with Todd as planned. Great service, great sales, and an awesome new car as well. Definitely recommend you go talk to Todd and see what they have to offer.
