I chose to come here mainly because was getting some ideas what I wanted to drive that was affordable. Previous places I had when to did not do that for me. Here at performance Chevrolet, I was able to sit and work with staff that listen and understand my needs concerning getting a vehicle, but also was able to match up what I wanted with what I could afford at the same time ... overall I can say great business was conducted. All questions and concerns I had was discussed and answered to where I was excited and greatly satisfied with my purchase. Everything was up front and no "trickery" goin on at all which is one reason why I was very satisfied with everything unlike previous dealership I had been to. I totally appreciate all the work that the sales representative had done for me which ultimately lead to the success in me purchasing a vehicle from them... Zach Boslau impressed me from the moment I met him nearly two years ago. He is professional, courteous, caring, knowledgeable on the product line, and genuinely interested in the customer as a human being, not as a quota. He listens to your preferences, concerns and desires, and works diligently to match you with the perfect vehicle. With my indecision between a new Malibu or an Impala, I bugged Zach for a year via email, phone and in-person visits; he never made me feel as though I were imposing. I finally decided on a very specific Malibu last May, and since they did not have that particular model on the lot, Zach went to work! He found the exact match (with available discounts) and had it transferred to Performance Chevrolet in a few days. My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our 2016 Malibu Premier and have Zach and the whole Performance Chevy Team to thank.

I feel the main considerations when buying a car are sales staff's knowledge of the product, their friendliness, professionalism, accuracy, expedience and of course the price. My wife and I shop for our cars by the internet seeking the lowest price and availability. We bought our first 2014 Stingray in April, 2014 after internet shopping and we have just come back for all the reasons mentioned above to purchase a 2017 Stingray this February.
