James I went to Gallatin Ford's website to just look around. And afterwards, Matthew gave me a call, we had a great conversation. He is definitely a great person. And a good salesman. We made an appointment to I meet with him on Saturday as soon as we walked in the door and we met with him. They were really nice and let us take the car out to get some lunch. And think about the purchase. Definitely, no pressure.

In many cases, follow-up requires persistent calling or even visiting in person to get accurate information. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend choosing Bates Ford, where customers are treated with respect, honesty, and professionalism. Bates Ford has proven to prioritize customer satisfaction and is committed to doing what is right. Unfortunately, this dealership appears focused primarily on profit rather than service or integrity.

Highly recommend sales rep Valerie. Came in with a certain truck in mind and she was very quick to help and get us the best deal possible! If you’re looking for a caring, non pushy cars salesman, she’s the lady! So far we are very satisfied with Gallatin Ford and their team!

I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. Lauren was friendly, knowledgeable, and so nice to work with. It's so nice to be treated well and know your vehicle is repaired properly. When I trade up, I will definitely use Gallatin Ford just because of the customer service experience. Thanks, Lauren! Keep up the good work!!

Will never do business with this dealership again.
Will never do business with this dealership again. We have been told nothing but lies since the moment we purchased, and been promised things they will not honor. We were "sold" on an electric car- being told we would get an additional $7k tax credit which offset the price of the car. Only to find out now by the IRS we get NO credit because ford did not make this car in the US. They should not be promising and advertising something that is untrue just to make a buck. Also was told when we purchased the car that there was a charging adapter in the trunk. When we got home we realized It was not. Yes we should have checked. Was told by the salesman to come pick it up the next day, that it was just a mistake. We drive back to the dealership only yo be told they can't even get us an adapter. They are out of stock and could be months before they could get us one but that they cut us a check to purchase our own. Two months later, we still have not recieved "said" check an Now the salesman and manager will not return calls or texts. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone

Avoid the scams
Just purchased a 2022 Ford Escape a few weeks ago. During the sale they promoted the lifetime power train warranty as long as you get every service done at that dealership. The catch is that the cost of the basic oil change is $40-50 more than the dealership down the road. So if my math is correct, I’m paying for this warranty the entire way. While some may think this is a deal, I do not. This is a way for the dealership to get paid in advance of any service needed with the understanding that most people don’t keep their cars for more than 2-3 years (So you will never need to use the warranty outside of the one that comes with any new vehicle). In addition to that, they add on $899 to the sales price for a protection package that is not an option for the buyer. It’s another way for them to get paid for a service you won’t take advantage of or use. Doesn’t cover paint chips or scratches… (So what is it protecting?) They force you to include it in the purchase. I did not have a good experience here and will not be coming back. I recommend you do your homework before drinking the kool-aid. Poor business model.

Had a horrid experience at miracle with one of the service advisors. came in before about oil consumption and they “fixed” it, but now it is leaking oil from the filter due to miracle not tightening it. service advisor drew london told me that his technicians don’t make mistakes and tried to blame me for the issue. there is no reason a oil filter should UNSCREW itself unless it WASNT tightened. he told me the only thing he could do was a TOTAL ENGINE REPLACEMENT. he didn’t even want to touch the car. Told him i will be creating a ticket with ford and he told me that “We are not ford. We are MIRACLE ford. That’s on you if you want to complain.” I went to a different ford and they told me that the filter was barely holding on and that miracle definitely did not do their job. I will be creating a ticket about this and i will provide more info. I would never trust them with my car ever again.
