I’m a return customer and have always asked your service so when my truck gave me the notice of a needed oil change on my recent trip to Nashville I knew where I wanted to have that service done. As to be expected when contacted about the service and subsequent inspection there were a number of items that could or should be addressed. Be sides the oil change I mentioned that the wiper fluid pump was not working and could that be looked at as well. When contacted I was quite sure I was told that the pump needed to be replaced and the cost to do so was $144.00 and change. Upon paying the bill it was $300 give or take as I don’t have the receipt in front of me at the moment. I obviously paid the bills but was naturally shocked. I wish I had said something at the time but didn’t. The price on the oil change was fair but the pump caught me off guard.

Buying a vehicle from Miracle Ford was a great experience solely because of the people we dealt with. Tammy Morrison was delightful to work with; she worked diligently to get us the best deal and then continued to ensure we were satisfied when our vehicle was delivered. Very knowledgeable and professional, she was also friendly and personable. Jim Morgan made the financing an easy process with his knowledge and friendly manner. Donnie Hulan was another positive member of the team we worked with. His honesty and care for the customer are exceptional, taking time and working earnestly until we were completely satisfied with the delivery of our truck. What a great team we had to help us complete our purchase!

Poor service management.

Poor service management. Poor internal communication. Disappointing vehicle delivery and follow up. Only used dealership based on proximity to home.

Highly recommend Javier Andrade, he was great to work

Highly recommend Javier Andrade, he was great to work with. He never pressured me and answered all of my questions. He is not like the typical car salesman, I felt like he really listened to my concerns and what I wanted. I will send all of my family and friends to him.
