Bought a 2018 Jeep Wrangler through salesman Jeff Abbot. He was very pleasant and outgoing to make sure we was able to purchase vehicle through Stevens Ford with our trade in 2017 Chevy Tahoe. All the people there were very friendly! After purchasing Jeep we noticed that one of seat belts was torn from previous owner, so I contacted Jeff Abbott and he said he would order new seat belt and have it installed. The seatbelts arrived and he had them replaced through body shop! I called him up and thanked him personally! Thanks again Jeff for your prompt action! I told him we would recommend Stevens Ford to someone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle !

The entire staff was great to work with! After I preselected my new F150 on line and drove 30 minutes to Stevens Ford, from the time I walked in the door, negotiated my trade in, signed all the paperwork and drove off the lot, it took just a little less than an hour.

I purchased my car in 2023 and have had all my service performed at Steven's Ford. Whether, I have had the oil changed, recall notices taken care of or body work co ed the jobs are completed timely, correctly and the personnel are friendly, and you feel like they are there for you and enjoy their work! This time I went to the body shop to have a repair done that was caused by a blowout and to get a new tire. As usual, everything was taken care of as it should be!
