I've purchased a couple vehicles at Fletcher, and a few vehicles elsewhere. Fletcher is absolutely the best experience I've ever had in the car buying process. I suppose that could be due to my car salesman, Tyler kohley. I refuse to purchase vehicles from anyone else. He always manages to get a deal done that fits my budget and leaves me with a reliable car. I'd recommend Fletcher to anyone.

We found what we needed and Tyler helped us make it happen. Drove away with a new car that was perfect for our family. The dealership needs to male sure it has all the needed forms before selling a car, as being request to return to resign paperwork is very frustrating and inconvenient. Dealership could also improve by offering people who are spending over 20k some sort of refreshments other than cups of water and vending machines on a Saturday. We were there for nearly 6 hours. Luckily a salesman had gotten donuts and offered what was left over to us. Likewise our agent did not ear either which I'm sure is not healthy for anyone. Tyler is always very helpful and checks to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Dealership needs to focus more on speeding up the buying process and offering better or any customer waiting refreshments as this would treating increase me recommending Fletcher again. Otherwise, I will still recommended Tyler but warn my friends of the slow and painful buying process that I've been through 3 times now at this location.
