This is the second time we've gone to Robert Barnes to get a vehicle and every time he's been nothing but honest, knownledgeable, and caring. He never once was trying to force a car on me. He always got me the number first and see where we stood and how we felt about it. Robert goes above and beyond when he takes care of his customers. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else. Anytime someone needs a car or just wants to look I ALWAYS refer them to Robert. He's just the best, simple as that.

Our sales person, Alex Cupp, did an excellent job of guiding (not pushing) us to a car that would fit our needs while staying in our price range. He was very patient and helpful in showing us options and featur.es on the cars we were interested in. This was a big help in making our final decision. The finance manager, Brad, was also very helpful and professional. Overall a very comfortable car buying experience.

My husband and I had been talking to Robert Barnes, of the Fletcher Team, for several days through text. Not many salesmen care enough to take the time to assure you and put your mind at ease. When we arrived at the lot, Robert was very honest with us about what he could and couldn't do for us but said he would try whatever we wanted. He never let the experience drag on for days he had us in a new car by the very next day and got my husband every extra he asked for. Also got us a lower payment and interest rate. I went to Cross road Chevrolet to get a new used vehicle. I told them that I wanted my payments to stay around 300.00. they came back and told me I could only get 1 car a 2017 brand new one for over 500.00 a month. I was completely stressed because it was a lot more than my budget. I left and came back to them because I forgot my paperwork they had. His boss sat me down andtried to convince me to get a car I didn't want and high payments that I didn't need.. He insulted me, belittled me and even called me a list because I wouldn't sign a paper for him. I called my son crying and my son told me to give him about 15 min. Well 5 min. Later my son called and told me to go to your location because Alex Cupp would be waiting for me. When I got there, I was still crying and explaining my situation as to what I had just gone through. He was so relaxed the entire time and it helped me get relaxed and stop crying. What impressed me the most was that after I told him everything, he did not have a single negative thing to say about that other dealership and just said that some dealerships have other ways of doing business... Why is that so impressive? Because this is not the first time I purchase a vehicle and go to different dealerships and I've encountered other sales people so ready to tell me all the bad things about their competition... Which only leaves people to think... All sales people will say what ever it takes to get you into any car as long as they get a sale. I'm very thankful that Ariah Runnells recommended Alex Cupp because Ariah was unable to be there to help me. Do to a previous engagement. But he did take the time to go and make sure everything was running smoothly as soon as he had an opportunity even if he was not working. Best experience ever with both men. Thank you
