I am very pleased with my new car. This the third Hyundai that I have purchased from Duncan's. The second car I kept for over 10 years, and only had to have things repaired that wear out due to age.

Samantha was great to work with. She brought the car to me in Roanoke to test drive which was so appreciated. She explained all the new features and answered all my questions. She had my paperwork prepared before I got to the dealership and made the process quick and easy. She listened intently to all my concerns and made my experience a very pleasant one. Samantha is professional and really knows her product. I will be sending her new customers knowing they will be handled with great care!

Warranty work
I had to have work done (a new engine) that was covered by the warranty. Unfortunately, the part had to come from overseas, so it was a 4-1/2 month wait. Duncan Hyundai supplied a rental which was also covered in the warranty. They kept me updated on the progress through the entire ordeal. Amanda and Lloyd were top notch in their professional handling of the situation. Im very happy with their work and communication.

what does this mean?
Kinda feels like home now. Only thing I can report, wish you had a copy of the Roanoke Times in the waiting section. However, selection of magazines was great. TV was tuned to "the storm" and not Fox Family and Friends as it was before. when I had service.

Best car buying experience ever. Absolutely no pressure They did all they could to work the deal that was win-win for both dealer and buyer. They had a sense of humor The first time EVER that the final amount calculated or presented by the sales rep was exactly what came out on the purchase contract so that in the finance office there was no attempt to upsale anything,...no changes needed and all we had to do there is sign the papers.
