Razzari Ford Merced is awesome. I recently purchased a used Nissan from them and the sales specialist Ivan Castellon was very helpful and professional. Matt in Finance was also very helpful. And Mr. Ruby Perez, Service Manager, was just plain awesome. I am totally satisfied with my experience with Razzari Ford/Razzari Nissan in Merced. Awesome experience.

I ordered a new Ford bronco back in 2020, and it finally arrived April 1 2022. When I went to pick it up needless to say I was excited to have it. I told the sales guy Ely and the finance guy Matthew that I wanted to keep my payment under $500. Yet the finance manager Matthew Gonzales snuck in an extended warranty- I was very clear that I don't drive over 3000 miles a year. He even told me to use my 2 free oil changes even though I don't. The chances of me using an extended warranty are near none. I got the warranty removed (I think) but it still wont drop my payment from $507. So if you want to be screwed go here. They don't listen to your concerns- I have to refinance my auto loan now which is an extra burden- car buying process here sucks

We ordered a 2022 Ford Escape Plug In Hybrid through Razzari Ford, and the sales transaction was very painless. I worked with Christopher (sales) and Matthew (finance) and these two gentlemen took care of us through the entire process. The car was built very quickly and arrived maybe two months after ordering. It runs amazingly well and I love that we can go almost 40 miles on the battery. The only negative thing I'll say is this: give me a full tank of gas before I drive off the lot! I'm spending a lot of money on this car, the least you can do is fill it up!! That being said though, I'd recommend Razzari with no hesitation. If you are buying a PHEV, make sure you are aware of the rebates that you can get for purchasing this make and model. There is a rebate called the California Clean Fuel Reward for $683. It is supposed to be taken off the price of the car at time of purchase. I didn't notice this until the next day, but Razzari was able to get the rebate for me.

I ordered my 2022 Ford Maverick through Razzari Ford,and my buying experience was great,they answered all of my questions,and made sure that I was fully familiarized with the truck,as it is my first hybrid,the vehicle was very clean and ready to go,I would highly recommend them if your looking to buy a vehicle.

When you have issues with your new vehicle they won't give you a loaner or rental even when they have your vehicle for iver a week. They don't return calls. Front reception staff is rude and not helpful. This is the 2nd time in less than 36,000 miles we have had the same experience. I would not recommend a vehicle from this dealership.

I had an excellent customer service experience from the Salesperson Rick. I purchased my car a week ago and he still responds immediately to my questions that I have. He helped me synch up using Apple play and FORD PASS. I would definitely recommend Rick!

This dealership is an hour and a half from where I live, they had a Raptor I was interested in. I called and spoke to Eli, he helped me work out a deal over the phone and then stayed 3 hours past closing so I could drive out there and close out the deal with them that night. Great team at Razzari Ford, would buy from Eli again.
