Porsche Redwood City

I've only recently acquired my CPO Macan from Porsche Redwood City and so I can only comment on the buying experience, but I would rate it 5 stars. I worked with Sam Pham - Internet Sales Manager - and he is great. The transaction was very smooth and Sam took the time to answer my questions, guide me through the process and remind me about after purchase items that I should take care of - insurance, arrival and installation of plates from the DMV etc. I did finance part of my purchase through Porsche Financial Services and that too was handled quickly and professionally. I'd also give the showroom 5 stars, it's like a mini Porsche museum. Highly recommended.

Initial communication regarding a vehicle was a bit confusing. Different people responded, and I had to reach out a few times. Once I was ready to pick up my car the process was very easy and it took less than an hour to get my keys. Tony Abiog took ownership!

They contacted me immediately after my inquiry. i wasnt available to see the car and the dealership offered an alternative time to schedule. i am not interested in that vehicle at this time. thank you

Took forever to get a response. When I replied with additional questions, took several days to get a response. Not sure there actually interested in selling cars online. Bought my last certified Pre-owned Porsche from Gaudin Porsche Online and they were great and I flew down and picked up my new Porsche. I was hoping to have a similar experience with Redwood City Porsche. Definitely NOT the same experience.
