Besides the $10,000.00 discount I was refused, the experience was a real pleasure. I have sold cars myself, both in Richmond and Los Angeles, so my opinion is a little bit biased. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Whitten Brothers is a breed apart from the rest. I found a very professional and cordial crew. The salesman, Jerry, was very outgoing and fun. He made my wife and I feel like we were important (unlike several other dealerships I went to). The sales manager, Richard, also made me feel like I mattered. He did his job of "not giving away the store", but also made me feel like he was flexible and willing to negotiate (also, unlike other dealers) Mike, the finance man did his job well and even got me a better finance rate than I originally proposed. He also offered me a great extra warranty (imagine that!). LOL! The other sales folks and Sheri, sales manager, made the place seem like a family. I'd highly recommend Whitten to anyone and everyone.

we recently brought in our 2012 jeep wrangler for an oil change, inspections and a recall sent in by the dealership we had to drop the car off at night, and then make other arrangements for work the next day and then pick it up the next night. Not real convenient but knew it had to be done the car was picked up and once home we learned that now it would not lock. Seems the person that did the recall fixed that and broke something else. so when we called they said yeah, we must have done that, bring it back so that took another 2 nights to drop off , get to work and pick up next time, offer a car since it was not our fault. Had to pick it up on the Friday of Memorial day weekend so again, not the most convenient thing to do

Wonderful service
I came to the dealership knowing it was time for a new vehicle, but unsure of what vehicle I should buy. I was all of the place-looking at everything from a jeep to a charger. The customer service demonstrated by Graham was second to none. He encouraged me to test drive everything I was even remotely considering, and was patient when I continued to say I didn't like this vehicle, I need to try something different. I was thinking the car buying process would take the entire weekend, but I ended up leaving with my challenger the same morning. I really appreciated not being pressured into buying the first, second, or third vehicle I test drove.

Amazing Team!
From the time I first sent an online inquiry to date of my purchase was about 3 weeks. Brittany was always quick to respond via email and update me on inventory, new or used. She really listened to what I was looking for and didn't push or give me results that were outside my wants - like I was experiencing with other dealers at the time. Because of location, I actually ended up at one of those other dealers one day. I was ready to purchase, but I couldn't get a clear list of exactly what they had on their lot to offer me. So, in that lobby I emailed Brittany and asked again about Whitten's inventory. Within minutes I had an appointment at Whitten. At Whitten, the atmosphere was calm and there was time for questions and no sense of rush. (at the previous dealer the salesman had told me to put my phone away as I was trying to search his own website listed inventory when he couldnt show or tell me what they had). Whitten was much different, it felt natural and easy. Justin the Sales Manager met me on arrival, relaxed and optimistic! He enlisted Daniel to help look through the options, and through that.... my brand new car was found! Getting all the bells and whistles was something I dreamt of but they made it possible! Very fair, honest pricing, and personable staff who really understand target pricing goals and treat you like a friend! I enjoyed watching them all communicate and work well together, supporting each others decisions which is highly respectful. I would recommend completely!

CX-5 Mazda SUV
I just bought a 2016 CX-5 Mazda SUV from Whitten Brothers of Richmond, VA. The agent that helped me was Megan Reid. She was perfect. She got me everything I wanted in my new automobile right down to the color. Everyone at the Whitten Brothers Dealership was superb!!! I know I will enjoy dealing with them through the years ahead!

Purchasing Our 3rd Vehicle from this dealership
This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Whitten Bros. in the past 3 plus years. Our buying experience has always been top notch. They have good inventory however we wound up ordering this vehicle, whereas the 2 previous vehicles were purchased off the lot. Our sales person has been Percy on the past two, knowledgeable about the cars, easy to deal with. Did not push us, listen to what we wanted and made recommendations. When the car came in, I received an e-mail and a follow up phone call, came into the dealership with an appointment and had a short time to complete the sale, we make the timeline work. The whole purchasing experience was fair, quick, accurate and pretty easy. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chrysler product!!

What a great way to buy a car
From the moment we arrived we were treated with professionalism and warmth. Mr. Bill Edwards listened carefully to our questions and promptly provided answers to every one of them. There was never the slightest pressure to make any decisions about buying a car. We test drove a number of models before deciding to purchase one and we were encouraged to take plenty of time to ensure we were absolutely certain about our selection. This is the best car buying experience I have every had!!!!!

Great Service - No pressure - Nice facility
The Salesman was really great! (Bill Edwards - "Wild Bill") Told him from the start I was just looking and didn't want any pressure - he was true to that! I had not purchased a vehicle in 10 years so this was really nerve racking. Knowing that the vehicle (car) I had for 10 years is a great car and has been I was concerned about going to another dealership. So many to look at and the price had gone up somewhat. Knew I wanted to try an SUV. So with that in mind I kept looking. When I came back to Whitten for the vehicle that I originally saw and was interested in it, it was still available and I test drove it. Then Bill showed me all the "bells and whistles" which I didn't need but they came with the (wonderful used SUV - Jeep Compass Latitude - 2014). What a gift that was. I certainly hope this vehicle will take me a good journey like the other one. A referral from a friend who bought a Jeep at this dealership recommended I give it a try. Referrals keep your business going.
