They never fail to disappoint
When it comes to getting my vehicles repaired at Price Ford, they have never failed to disappoint. My 2017 Ford Explorer makes a loud and extremely annoying whooping sound randomly when the air conditioner is on. I have taken it in four times for the issue. Each time they claim they cannot reproduce the noise and there is nothing they can do. The service writer claimed that they found nothing in their OASIS dealer network about the problem. I have seen a repair invoice for the exact same issue from another dealership where it stated that OASIS recommended replacing the expansion valve, which solved the problem. So, the only conclusion I can come to is the service writer that I dealt with at Price is either lying or incompetent. On two occasions when I took my 2014 F-150 in for one of the "lifetime" oil changes (another story), one of their employees had, for some reason, stood on the drivers side door sill. The sill was dirty and scuffed as if whoever was standing on it was sliding around and the weather stripping that runs alongside was torn. I reported the issue to the service writer after the second incident and the response was "Oh, sorry". Maybe it's just me, but I feel that taking your vehicle in for basic maintenance should not result in damage. There are many more examples that I could give of my own disappointing experiences with the service department at Price Ford not to mention those of friends and co-workers. My point is this. If you need your oil changed or recall work done, they are capable but lack attention to detail. If you have a problem with your vehicle that requires any type of diagnostic work, look elsewhere .

Warranty service
I was told to bring the car at 7:30 am Monday for an electronic check up (alarm going off, warranty service) and my first change of oil. I had to pick my truck at 1:30 pm to go to work and the electronic check had not been done because they did not have time. Oil change was done ( It was cheap too compared to my other cars). If they were not able to check the car at the appointment given, I would have rescheduled the appointment. Appointment is an appointment, not "we will do it if we have time". It was a lot of work for me to have a driver to take me back and forth from the dealership. They are hard to get through on the phone as well.

Price Ford truck purchase

Great service!
We take our 2016 GT in for oil changes. This was our 3rd oil change since we bought our Mustang here. Got a nice surprise when we went to pay, it was free. We were told every 3rd oil change is complementary. But we do make an appointment, they are usually busy. Thank you Price Ford!�� Ralph & Linnie

My 2018 F150 Platinum
My 2018 F150 has had the check engine light come on five different times. The truck has less than 8000 miles, hopefully this last trip will have fixed the issue. Really like the dealer and service. Only issue, was told the ford platinum did have interior night lighting that intensity and color could be changed. Now told no
