I came in 4 times to repair my car for some transmission issues and they can?t find what is wrong it they just tell me it?s normal to avoid replacing the problem. The staff was inappropriate by making a scene in front of all other customers and staff instead of bringing me aside to talk just horrible. I wouldn?t recommend this place nothing but problems with the car from the beginning and still no fix I want to get out of this car for the fact they can?t find what the issue is and I?ve spend all this money for a car that is having issues and no one there cares to fix it . Go to another dealership

took my f150 for service 26,000 miles, explained that my garage had leaks on floor,after checking they told me that leaks coming from turbo line, had to cancel my trip pismo after getting part two days after ,ford called me and said they could not work on truck until week after,tuesday,i decided to cancel trip due pulling a fifth wheel was best to stay home until truck is fixed,got another call from ford and they found another line leaking so truck stayed there a whole week. charles silva.

I have always been happy with your service, but this morning my battery was dead!! You cleaned and told me it was fine. I had AAA out and they told me I needed a new one. I was charged $10 to have the battery cleaned.

We Purchased a F150 Truck, A Work Truck for our almond orchard. The Service was great. The salesmen were very helpful, Navi and Manny did a excellent job showing us exactly what we needed and showing us the features the truck had. They were very polite and respectful. Also in finance, Judy was really polite, I have family and friends that are farmers that need trucks all the time, even cars, I will definetly send them to Price ford. Thanks for all the help.
