I had a great experience at fort wayne Nissan. Peyton is a very knowledgeable salesman and takes his time ensuring you're getting just the right car for you. The finance manager John was transparent throughout the whole process. Overall the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Peyton and John for their excellent service!

I bought a certified 2023 Nissan Rogue in early February

I bought a certified 2023 Nissan Rogue in early February and was provided with a bill of sale including an IOU sheet listing items that have been not received. Despite paying for a paint coating that I did not want, the dealership claimed that it was already done. However, my local VA Nissan dealership conducted a demonstration which proved that the coating was not done. I am seeking a refund of $400 for the paint coating and delivery of the remaining items as per the bill of sale or the MSRP amounts to purchase them myself. I am disappointed with this car purchase due to the dealership's failure to honor their commitments and communicate effectively.
