Drove from DC to Ashland to get my Jeep Cherokee per internet advertisement all was delivered as promised for great purchase and trade in experience.

My wife and i are very happy with the overall experience at Whitten Brothers. I showed up an hour earlier than my appointed time and Ray Waters took us right in. Ray is knowledgable, easy to talk to, but most of all a great personality that wasn't pushy. I would and do recommend Ray to everyone interested in how a vehicle purchasing experience should be. Dustin Hicks was the second part of this. His help in financing the vehicle was quick and greatly appreciated. These guys went out of their way to make this feel like you were creating a relationship with them and the dealership as opposed to just buying a car. Thank you guys and much appreciated! Benji

Very good customer service, and communication from Riley. We traveled 4 hours to this dealership, and spoke with Riley over the phone beforehand. Had an agreed upon price prior to driving to the dealership. We'd be happy to business with them again.

At least for my wife and I, car buying or even just shopping and looking has always felt worst than a trip to the dentist. I did a lot of research on not only the Whitten of Ashland dealership but of a salesman named Riley McCullen. All the reviews I saw had given him a five star rating...... Well, they ain't lying. This young man knows how to treat customers. He's not a car salesman he's a customer care specialist. Yep, he will sell you a car or truck without and any pressure if you want one, but the big thing is he takes care of you as his customer and goes out of his way to make the car buying experience pleasant. Give Riley and Whitten of Ashland a chance, cause nobody likes a trip to the dentist😁

I visited the Whitten dealership back in January looking at a specific Grand Cherokee. I'm so glad Riley helped me that day. And Charlie took time to walk me through the pricing in great detail. It took me several months to make a final decision on the exact vehicle but I never lost contact with them. Riley checked in on me but didn't bug me. They were extremely patient and when I was ready to purchase they found me exactly what I was looking for. The entire crew was helpful the actual day of the purchase. I feel they were genuinely excited for me & were invested in me throughout the whole process. I am obsessed with my new Grand Cherokee & so happy they were all a part of it!
