I can't say enough about my experience at Whitten Brothers Dealership. They were very responsive to all my requests and worked around my schedule, which was important since I live over 600 miles away. They worked with my finance company to complete the transaction in a timely manner. I mentioned that I would be taking a flight and they offered to pick me up at the airport. The hardest part of the entire transaction was dealing directly with my own insurance company. Mr. Waters and Mr. Hicks made buying a vehicle a great experience. They have risen the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction. I look forward to doing more business with them and the Whitten Brothers Dealership.

Buying a new(use) car for my daughter. Cathy an crew was awesome at the Ashland branch of Whitten Brothers. No pressure to buy right away. My wife and I are not quick buyers when it comes to automobile purchases. We want make sure the price and car is just right. My daughter is extremely happy with her Jeep Patriot.

THE BEST car buying experience we’ve ever had. No nonsense or long waiting period. Our sales associate Rick Condrey was helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience a breeze. Finance dept. wasn’t filled up with dealer lingo, just clear facts on our purchase/agreement. Associates stayed after hours to get the deal done. Filled the gas tank, which no other dealer we’ve bought from has ever done. Wish all transactions were this simple A+++++++++++ Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I looked at several different Minivans (and test drove a few), then left those dealerships to research more at home. We were only 4 years into a 7 year warranty so we really didn't "need" a new car but we weren't happy with the performance. We found a great price and great warranty online at Whitten Brothers so we decided to pack up the kids and bring the whole family for the "real" test drive. Cathy got us first thing on a Saturday. And she was fantastic! She was patient, explained all of the features throughly and answered all of our questions with grace. We ended up leaving that day without a car but came back a few days later and sealed the deal. Every aspect of the process was smooth and we are extremely happy with our purchase. When I compare this experience with my last car purchase I can speak with peace that it was the best decision for us. We received a follow up call from Cathy a few days after driving off the lot. We also received notifications via email from Whitten, Chrysler, SiriusXM to get to know my new vehicle better.

From the initial phone call with the internet sales team, to the salesman, to the finance manager, and follow up questions after purchase they have all been extremely polite and helpful. I have to say that I have never had a better experience in buying a car than I had ato whitten. They are a great bunch to work with. From the sales person to the purchase I never felt pressured and they helped us to get what we wanted at a very good price.
