Wondeful dealership, wonderful staff
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We came in an hour before closing, with five of our children and we were on the road in less than 2 hours. Our sales associate Cathy McCarthey was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She even watched our children in order for my husband and I to select our truck and finish paperwork. Charlie Browne and Dustin Hicks also worked extremely hard to ensure a fast and smooth experience. The staff remained an hour after closing to get the deal finished. And no corners were cut because we still left with a washed vehicle and a full tank of gas! I highly recommend this dealership and we will be doing business with them again. Worth the trip
I bought a 2018 Charger Hellcat. I had been searching for a car for about 4 months, and was very irritated at talking to salesman and dealing with the way they were advertising and handling these cars. When I first spoke with Rebekah about the car she and the sale manager were up front and honest about the car and how it was priced. Even though I wasn't immediately ready to purchase the car as I was looking at a few she kept in touch and wanted to know how everything was progressing and if thee was anything else they could do. Whitten Brothers was the only dealership that would actually work with me on the price and didn't have anything taken out of or added in on the back end fees. The buying process was smooth and easy once I got there.

Superior Customer Service
Stopped by the Ashland location just checking out the Dodge Charger after along day at work. Was waiting to be bombarded by salesman, but the complete opposite. Ray Waters stepped out and asked how my day was and if he could assist me with anything. I picked out my future ride and got to test drive it and Ray was so knowledgeable of his units. No pressure from him throughout and I asked to start the paperwork. I traded my Tundra for a very fair price and was given a wonderful buying experience throughout the process. I have shopped at many dealerships for 36 yrs and I have to say that Whitten Bros hands down has perfected how to make car buying experience so relaxed. Those guys ROCK!!!

Great service all around
I purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel from Kimberly Holloway who provided great customer service as well as everyone else in the financial department. I would definitely recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland to any one looking for a Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, or Jeep because they care about the customer.

Great selection, easy purchase
Great selection of quad cabs, found the one with the options I wanted. Loan application and sales paperwork filled out quickly using state-of-the-art computer systems - smooth, modern. My sales person, Kimberly, was friendly, human, not pushy or trying to hide things. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Whitten brothers offers an excellent choice of inventory and price and are very fair on trade-in ends. Over the years I have purchased over 15 vehicles from Whitten brothers either in Ashland or Richmond and they always give us the best price.

Best experience I could ask for. Cathy worked with my grandma throughout the whole process while I was at work. Never once did she seem annoyed having to play telephone the whole day. I truly could not have asked for a better sales person. Any future purchases, I would go solely through her.

5th Time!!
This was my 5th time in dealing with Whitten Brothers of Ashland, and like the previous 4 times this group of people is always a pleasant experience to deal with. They understand what I am looking and the best deal possible. My wife and I feel that this group of fine people are our friends and we like to keep in touch with them. Excellent buying experience
Went to Whitten to look and test drive a preowned chevrolet . Brandon was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We discussed my families needs in a vehicle and what options would suit us best . After deciding to not get the Chevy we test drove the Ram 1500 . Again, Brandon seemed to know exactly what i was looking for .After a day of email correspondence with the sales manager we decided to purchase the RAM . From start to finish this transaction was nothing short of perfect . The entire staff were professional and we never felt like we were being hustled in any way . I highly recommend this store .
