Al West has the best service dept. I called yesterday because my rogue won’t not go into gear. He talked me thru all the possible reasons for it, come to find out my door was not shut all the way. That was a definite blonde moment and he was so gracious he did not laugh at all…but I did!! Best all around in my book!!

I have to say this was one of the Best Vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had in my life and the sales staff were the best. Cudos to Dustin my salesman and to Tom in financial depts. they are exceptional in their knowledge and in customer satisfaction. I’m soon to be 64 years old so I’ve bought several vehicles in my lifetime. And as before great work gentleman! I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent at Al West Nissan in Rolla, Missouri. Oh and I am really liking this Nissan Frontier my first ever hope it meets my expectations. Thanks again to Dustin and Tom.
