Sales with Roy is 5 stars hands down best I've...

Had some issues with promises being made that couldn't be delivered. Not once or twice but a few occasions. Theres some things about the truck that are not right and was not documented on paper but you can clearly see the mechanic cob housed it up. But after my initial review the dealer paid the registration for the truck and tried to work with me on tagging it as I was tagging it in my home state instead of my duty station. So I give 4 out of 5 stars. My biggest issue with this dealer is the promises being made before they know they can do a job. I come from a small ranch and a small town community. When a man looks you in the eye and shakes your hand on a deal with a time he swore on then by god itd be done or he"d say something before i call and ask myself.

Great service

Chris was great! No pressure and got the deal I wanted. He was awesome with my 3 year son! He entertained him until my buying process was done! Helped me out a lot!

Faricy Boys Ford did not disappoint

Farciy Ford Lincoln was incredible to work with! No pressure or sales gimmicks. The vehicle was listed accurately and ready for the test drive. Every staff member I worked with was friendly and helpful. Brandi Ellis was my sales person. She was very communicative, professional, sincere and really helped to get the exact vehicle I wanted. Troy Miller, the sales manager, was also great to work with. This is my third positive buying experience with Faricy Boys’ Dealerships (Our family has purchased two vehicles from Faricy Boys Jeep). I highly recommend Faricy Boys Ford/Lincoln dealership!

Service department won't right their wrong!

I bought a used 2018 Ford Explorer from Faricy Boy Ford in Canon City, and the buy process was amazing. 2 weeks after I got the car, while driving home from work, the drivers side trim next to my windshield flew off my car. Thank goodness the pieces didn't hit anyone else's car. What the service department told me is that before they got the car the windshield had been replaced. When the windshield is replaced on the newer Exploder's the trim on both sides need to be replaced (a design flaw with this car). When Faricy Boy's received the car the drivers side trim was just glued back on and the passenger side trim was missing completely. It seems to me that the service department would have checked the drivers side to make sure the trim was installed correctly if the other side was missing...that's just me. They did replace the passengers side trim, but it is not sitting flush like it's supposed to. When I asked them about that they said there's nothing they can do. Why do you work there if you can't restore the car the way it should be? I am more then upset. Now in order to get the car fixed properly I have to go to another dealership and pay over $600 to get the problem corrected. I will never go to that dealership again.

From what I have heard from your sales associate Brandi, we were able to get the molding properly replaced yesterday so this doesn't happen again. Excellent AAA+ Service

I am from out of state (Michigan) and my 2018 Escape needed routine maintenance at 10k miles on the odometer. They got me in the next day after I contacted them via their web page. The service was friendly and efficient from the customer care desk, to the service technicians. The price of the full maintenance was great and so was their communication! I highly recommend Faricy Ford Service Department and will gladly use them again, if the need arises when I'm in Cañon City.

First Buyer

The staff was wonderful! Called ahead of time to check out a 2015 Jeep Patriot. Worked with Steve at Farciy Ford in Cañon City. He understood my situation and was genuine and patient throughout the whole process. He did not try to push a sale on me, he gave me nothing but the facts but as a first time buyer I was scared and walked away from a good deal. Steve wasn’t aggressive or upset about the declined sale, instead he reassured me that the Jeep was brought down to a competitive price and that he wouldn’t sell a car to me that he wasn’t comfortable selling. Steve said if I changed my mind, I could always call back. I did called back after a weekend when I realized I should’ve bought the car with the deal Steve was able to negotiate with the boss. I’ve had the car since December and I’ve only had one minor problem which was the key was dying. Steve has been working with me to possibly buy a factory key from the location in Cañon City. Steve has shown trust and integrity with my interaction with him, that I’d definitely make the extra drive to get any kind of service for my Jeep or to purchase another car in the future! Rip off in service dept

Took 1 ton van in for service to repair a problem with gasoline flow to engine on one gas tank. They charged me almost $ 1000 for a fuel tank switch valve, then swore the part was needed.The van broke down next day on highway. Had it repaired at another shop. Problem was a bad fuel pump. A shadetree mechanic could have figured that out.

Best buying experience!

From the purchase to getting our truck serviced, this has been the BEST experience. We were looking for a dealership that we can come back to again and again. We found it. Excellent customer service from sales to the service counter.

Outstanding

I was searching for a pre-owned 2015 Acura RDX. I found that they had one that met my criteria. I called Chris and he was extremely helpful! So much so, that the next day I drove the 2.5 hrs to meet with him and drove home in the Acura. Thank you!

Excellent experience!

I hate buying cars. It is stressful and always drawn out. This time was so different! These guys are awesome. Renee was so easy to work with and communicated so well. They were patient with me and my timing. And the buying process was so quick! Will definitely see them in the future for our car needs.
