Friendly Staff, great price
Had an appointment to meet with Thurston and test drive a truck, the process was simple and they did a fair price on my trade. In and out with my new truck in about 4 and a half hours.

Sam helped my husband and I decide on the perfect new Jeep Cherokee! We have been to many dealerships before and this experience was by far the best. Sam walked the lot (for hours :)) with us while we debated what we wanted. We test-drove many Jeeps until we found the perfect one. We don't like the dealerships that try to "push" you into purchasing and this family-owned dealership is definitely not like that. We told Sam what we were thinking we wanted, what we could afford, and what aspects were most important. Sam delivered in a huge way. We will absolutely be back! Until next time, The Wissingers

I recently purchased a new Ram 2500 from Sam who had also sold me a Chrysler 200 the year before. We have purchased several new Chrysler products over the last 6 years and always shop around before making our purchase. Everyone thinks that you have to go to the city for a good deal but thats not the case here. I know I can be more demanding as a buyer and that has led to some less than favorable interactions with previous dealers, I used to feel rushed like they couldnt wait to get me out the door. However Sam and Chrysler of Culpeper had no issues going above and beyond to make the deal work for my wife and I. I will always reach out to Sam first on future purchases, now if we can just find a sweet deal on a Hellcat Charger.....

Dash Replace Quote
I Called the other day to get price on dash & bezel including install. When we arrived the parts were more than initally quoted over the phone.. I can deal with that but the labor was almost twice as much and the flunky working the service managers desk (not the regular service manager) was rude and really didnt give a hoot. Had to go back in parts to get my parts check back, The parts manager was very helpful and felt bad. Not a very good way to run a business. I do buy new vehicles occasionally but will not be buying there.

When life said it's time to get a minivan I said at least I'm going to get a good deal. After contacting multiple dealers, Chrysler of Culpeper blew away the competition on price (thousands below other dealers "best offer"). What's more, while other dealers tried shady bait and switch tactics Chrysler of Culpeper was professional, direct, and honest the whole time. I happily drove down from DC to pick up the vehicle. Even when we couldn't reach a deal on a lease buyout for my KIA they offered to run the car to a local dealer to avoid me having to come back for the car. Their team was professional, honest, and blew me away with their price. Couldn't be happier.

We tried the Apps, we sat in the dealers, and we talked to dealers in NOVA. The best deal by far was from Chrysler of Culpeper. I reached out to Sam Capozzoli via the dealers’ website on a Tuesday and after 3 emails back and forth to confirm what incentives we qualified for (took 5 minutes), he gave us a price out the door for 2017 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk (taxes and all other fees included). Sam Capozzoli was fantastic. None were able to match the price for the same equipped vehicle so an email to Sam on Saturday to complete the deal. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later, he greeted us at the door and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. All the paperwork for the sale was ready and exactly what we agreed upon (no surprises). 45 minutes later, we were heading back home. This was the BEST experience we have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The best advice I would give anyone looking for a new/used vehicle is to call and talk with Sam Capozzoli, I know my family and friends will.

Good service
I drove 1 hour away to buy a jeep patriot and left with a chrysler 200. I am happy with what vehicle I purchased that morning. Thurston was very professional and he was nice. Good experience!
