Slow service redeemed
Dropped the Journey off Tuesday after Labor Day and picked it up at end of same day. Shop had to call in machine experts from Northern Virginia to correct malfunction in brake disc milling machine. Anyway, vehicle now performs well without shimmy. Every shop has problems. The difference is when they are corrected and the work as promised is completed. C of C has done that.

Big money paid - problem NOT fixed!
After almost a week in the shop, my wife's Journey still has shimmy problems when brakes are applied. When you are without the use of your vehicle for this time, and have paid a considerable amount for "repairs", a reasonable person would expect the problem to be solved. Not so with this operation. As far as I am concerned, Thurston Carpenter in sales is the only part of this operation that is worth bothering with. So, if you want a new Fiat-Chrysler product, see Thurston, then plan to take it elsewhere when it needs service.

Slow service
Having purchased at least 5 vehicles from this dealer, I should be able to expect delivery on promised service. After a day and a half from the promised start date, we are still waiting for answers on braking induced shimmy on '08 Journey. Fortunately, we don't HAVE to have the vehicle today, but I don't think this would be happening on previous service visits. Sorry Martha Lewis no longer works there. She made sure things got done. Pretty sure we'll be looking elsewhere to replace the Journey.

Outstanding service!
My husband and I got the opportunity to work with Sam when we purchased our new vehicle. From the first meeting and throughout the whole process, Sam was wonderful to work with. In past car buying experiences, the one thing we never liked was pushy sales people. Sam was very laid back and easy to work with. Easiest car buying experience to date
We were lucky enough to get Sam as our salesperson and we could not have been happier. This was the easiest car buying experience to date. Their no pressure approach to sales was greatly appreciated! Sam was both knowledgeable and patient. Jim, the sales manager, was also easy to work with and accomodating. Eddie, in Finance, got us a great interest rate and was also super efficient and knowledgeable due to his previous experience in service. This was the least stressful and quickest (in and out the door) experience!

We love Chrysler of Culpeper!
This is the third vehicle my family has bought from Chrysler of Culpeper. We keep going back there because of their excellent customer service and fair deals. You never feel rushed or pressured. Thurston Carpenter was wonderful in helping me select me new car! He sat in the car with me and showed me how every setting worked which was a huge help since cars are all computerized now. So I drove off the lot feeling confident that I knew how to really "use" my new car! The whole team was great in making the deal work for us. Needless to say, I love my new car! Eddie Petrovich, the finance guy, made signing all those papers an enjoyable experience. He explained each of them so they could be easily understood. Both Thurston and Eddie are great guys! And then there was someone else (I can't remember his name) that helped us find all the rebates that were available, even one online. The next time anyone in my family needs a car or truck - we'll be heading back to Chrysler of Culpeper!
