Great experience shopping for a new truck! Todd Fullmer made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. The process was quick and easy, we were in and out...Todd took the time to make sure we knew what every button, switch and setting on the vehicle did before we left. The truck was very clean when we took it home with a full tank of gas and properly filled tires. Thanks Todd!

I saw the price here and sent an email asking for the everyone price and Todd quickly emailed me back. I got the price and was like is this really is this true. I sent them the VIN to my current truck and they sent me a very fair trade in price sight unseen considering the price they were selling me the new truck. I then read the reviews on here and that convinced me it might be the price and not a bait and switch and that I should drive the 3 1/2 hours to the dealer. I get there and Todd was great. Sure enough they were true to the price that they emailed me and had another $500 dollar rebate. In and out in little over two hours. Love the limited truck and the experience that I had at the dealership. I will be telling everyone to check them out that is in the market for a new truck.

I checked reviews and felt it might be the price. I lined up my financing. I sent Todd the VIN (thanks to Todd with his patience with me as I missed a character 3 times till I got it right) to the truck I was trading and he responded with a very fair trade price especially in relation to the price they were selling me the new limited truck. My son and I made the 3 1/2 hour trip and were met by Todd who was great. Got us quickly into the test drive. I asked about a rebate and although they did not have that rebate anymore he did find another $500 dollar rebate. So instead of the bait and switch deal I ended up with a deal better than I thought heading to the dealership. Loved the experience and Todd was great. All interaction prior to getting to the dealer was through text and email and Todd had the emails printed out when I got there and they were true to the price offered. I was in and out in a little over two hours. Loved the experience and felt like I got a great deal. I will be telling everyone that I know in the market for a new truck to contact them.

Wyatt at Chrysler of Culpepper is professional, friendly and attentive. I did not complete the sale with him because I changed my direction on the project but when I’m ready to buy I will definitely ask for Wyatt.

Thanks to Wyatt for the help. Drove 3 hours just based on the phone call with Wyatt. Knew I was getting a fair price off the Internet and went to dealer and didn’t get over fee’d and pressured to buy all the extra stuff. So refreshing.

The entire staff was very professional and did a great job walking me through the process. I let Thurston know that I needed a used truck to pull my trailer with.. a couple weeks later he found exactly the truck I was looking for!
