don't give them your real phone number, or phone number at all if you are corresponding with them. They will endlessly call you and if you block their number they will find a way to bypass a number block on your phone and leave a voicemail. pure high pressure harassment sales tactic.

Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. I worked with Thurston mostly by email and some phone, and it was the most hassle free, smooth and fair car buying experience I've ever had. I live about an hour away but the ease of dealing with Thurston and Chrysler of Culpeper made it well worth the extra time driving to pick up the vehicle.

Overall I️ had an excellent experience with this dealership. I️ would definitely buy another vehicle from them. Sales team and finance was great. Never even talked to the sales manager which was a plus.

We were very pleased with Wyatt's professionalism and knowledge of the trucks and features. Neither he, the management or Josh in finance were pushy. We ultimately purchased a 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie and love it!

We thought we needed to order a new truck to pull our 5th wheel RV. We went through five different Ford, Chevy, and Dodge dealers in the region, test driving, and listening to estimated deliver times of days, weeks, and months for the vehicle we wanted. We found EXACTLY what we wanted at Chrysler of Culpeper in a new Ram 2500 already on-lot and prepped for our 5th wheel towing. Sales rep, Wyatt was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. With no pressure, he quickly showed us one that was just what we needed and asked for at the right price. We went back the next day to ask if he had any others, even at a slightly higher price. He quickly pointed out another one that was even better. The test drive was far quieter and more comfortable than all others from Ford or Chevy. The staff at this dealership were all very friendly. We didn’t encounter the usual “manager” coming over to pressure us with “what would it task to close this deal”. We left their dealership to think about it, returned and left with our new truck just two hours later, all paperwork complete, and with permanent license plates! I just wish we had gone to them sooner.
