This dealership excels in courtesy and customer satisfaction. The sales process was low key, and for that reason most effective. The only possible criticism might be the service waiting room: it is a little cramped.

A dead vehicle when on vacation
One day before my vacation was to end, I discovered that my KIA Sorento had no power and would not start. My call to Holly Kia in Delaware and conversation with Wayne was everything that I need to begin to solve my problem. Wayne told me where to start and what to do. Not more than an hour after my call to Holly KIA, the tow company was on site and my car was taken to Holly KIA. I checked with Wayne about the status of my vehicle after lunch and was told that the work has begun. By 3:00 p.m. that afternoon, I received a call from Wayne telling me my car was ready to be picked up. In just a few hours, I was back on my schedule and able to return home the next day. Not only was the worked accomplished in just a few hours from the discovery of my problem, but Wayne spent the time needed to provide an explanation of what happened and how the problem was solved. This is the kind of consideration and service that should be provided by all companies, but it is not always there. I really appreciate the way Wayne and Mark handled my situation and made me feel that I I was in good hands. Thanks. Carl Richards

Coustomer Service
I get my car service at Holly Kia 3,000 miles and they take very good care of my car. I will always have my car serviced there. If I have a problem that can't wait they work me in to make sure I am not without a car. If my car can't be repaired that they arrange for a loner car. Overall I will rate them 90 point out of 100.

The service was great! I got my first car from there and the sales person was really helpful! Because of employment history and credit I didn't think i would be able to leave with a car but Brandon was able to help me no problem!
