Very few people can actually say they enjoy going to get an oil change. At Sunset Subaru the service is excellent and the technicians are very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend buying or just servicing your Subaru at Sunset just for being comfortable while waiting to have your vehicle service with a warm cup of coffee, fresh popcorn, watching and the little legged fur babies that roam around the facility

I took my Crosstrek in with no appointment for the windshield specialist to asses a small chip. Not only did they take my car to fix it immediately, they shuttled me to work while they had the car. All of this without an appointment! They really went above and beyond to work with me, and I now have a chip-free windshield!

You messed up again. I came in to get the oil change I had asked for weeks earlier but did not get AND to have the tire pressure warning light turned off. I specifically mentioned that. I got a song and dance about warning gauge batteries and that I likely needed new batteries in my 7 y-o car. I agreed for their replacement. I left with the tire pressure warning light STILL ON!
