I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for

I have been to Sunset Hills Subaru 3 times this month for different reasons and all 3 were best handled by "walking in" without an appointment because when I tried making an appointment online I was unable to complete the process. All 3 times took less than estimated time. (These included #1.-4 new tires, 2. replace fog light bulb and 3. Missouri state inspection) I always enjoy the Praline coffee while I wait. I appreciate all of the service crew, especially Jeff, Donavan, and James and find the texting of progress to be very efficient communication. This service dept. is DEFINITELY an improvement over the old one at Webster Groves Subaru. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my "Shadow"!

My wife and I have found the welcome and service we’ve

My wife and I have found the welcome and service we’ve received from Austin Lewis and Sabrina to be friendly and helpful in every way. Austin listened to what we were looking for in a new car and explained the details on both the Forester and Outback and suggested we might find the Outback fit our needs better. He had us drive one, and we were convinced he was right. Both he and Sabrina demonstrated the technology features so that we’d be comfortable driving our new Outback. We also were satisfied with the reasonable price we received on our Outback. Our experience so far has been excellent!
