Excellent Service Department

Greg Dahlem set me up with an appointment. He was ready for me when I arrived, got the vehicle in quickly and made sure the work was done as promised. He did an outstanding job.

Great customer service

I have been to many vehicle dealers over the past 30-some years. I was blessed to meet Gene Abernathy at Laird Noller Automotive a few weeks ago and test-drove a car with him. His genuine personality made me want to purchase a vehicle from him. Gene's demeanor was a breath of fresh air -- he is definitely not the typical pushy salesman. During the test drive, he didn't spend the whole time touting the benefits of the car and such. Rather, we just kind of chatted. I returned to Laird Noller two more times after the initial test drive, because of Gene. I decided I wanted a Ford Edge, which I found are somewhat a dime a dozen in our area. However, because of the initial interaction with Gene, I decided to purchase the vehicle from Laird Noller. After I signed the contract to purchase, he still spent time showing me the ins-and-outs of the vehicle. I will recommend him to everyone I know looking to buy a vehicle!

Great Experience

Everything done as requested, on time and great, friendly service . I had moved since my last visit. Jessica failed to enter my new information into the system, but thanks to Paul, everything got updated in the computer system.

2nd car purchased

This was my second car I've purchased from here and the second time I've thought this is the easiest and best experience I've had buying a car. Would definitely recommend and will buy from them again!!!

Worst ever experience!!

The nightmare began on 11/1/14 and I am still dealing with it now, on 11/17/14. They will not resolve these issues. Sorry if it is rambled and jumbled, but there is so much negative that happened I was trying to get it all included. After speaking with Jon Riedel today, I am so angry I can barely type. What they do there is no legal and if they did not hurt me so badly financially from their mistakes, I would be hiring a lawyer to assist. Absolutely the worst experience ever. And I have purchased over .37 cars in my life. This time, I took a 2013 F150 in and traded for both a 10 Mustang GT and an 11 F-150. First thing is they claim they inspect and check these vehicles over. Claimed had an oil change. Yet on the F-150 the oil and oil filter were both old. During my test drives I never got to take the vehicles up to 70 mph because I was unfamiliar with the area and the salesman showed me which way to go. 55 mph max speed. So after I get the vehicle home, I go drive them both and notice that the tires on both vehicles are shot. They are square, meaning they ride like crap and cause horrible vibration issues. Plus the F-150 I purchased had mud on it from bumper to bumper 4 inches thick, and the air filter compartment had like 2 pounds of rat poop in it, so I know they did not inspect it. Now after I am stuck with both these cars, I get my title paperwork. I was upside down on my truck I traded alot. They rolled that negative equity into both the vehicles I bought yet one of the Applications for Missouri Titles show it and the other does not? No one can explain this to me. But what it causes me as a consumer is paying sales taxes twice on the same negative equity as I paid before when I titled the vehicle that I traded. Their follow up after the sale is horrible. None of them, not Alex, Sean, Jon or Bill do what they say they are going to do. Scott Teenor tells me they balanced the tires on the used truck when they did not, they just rotated them. That is right from Service Department. Just one lie right after the other. I am sick of being lied to by these people. I have been waiting now for over a week for Alex Marfise just to send me paperwork on an extended warranty from them. There GAP insurance costs twice as much as what I paid at Olathe Ford. I look at all of these positive reviews and am like, ok, who are they paying to leave these, because I have not experienced any of this positivity at all. I could go on and on and on, about other things, but I would be typing for hours, if I gave exact quotes from people and so on and so forth. I would and will not ever do business with these rip offs ever again. They cannot even inspect a car properly let alone do your paperwork accurately. They don't call you back when they say they are going to, they don't respond to emails, they are just totally mindless of you after you sign your name on the dotted line. And this is not buyers remorse, I have purchased a ton of cars and love cars. Love trading and owning new cars. So don't think I have buyers remorse, this is just the worst service of all time I have ever encountered.

Flawless Car Leasing Experience

We cannot say enough positive things about our family's car leasing experience with Josh Hoke and Laird Noller Automotive. After multiple car buying and leasing experiences, I can confidently say that leasing our new Santa Fe with Josh was the easiest and least stressful car buying experience we have ever had. Josh was easy to communicate with via phone or email, and, most importantly, was direct, honest and easy to work with. No games here - well worth the drive from Kansas City!

Made it Right

My husband and I dropped off our car on Wednesday, my husbands day off, so that the car could be serviced and I could take our other vehicle to work. We were told we could pick up the car anytime before 8 PM which worked out well since I work in Kansas City and had a late meeting. When arriving at the dealership, the staff person on the floor, Cody, told me that the service department closed at 6, and that the department was open to 8 only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He was very apologetic about the mix-up. After some discussion about how I could get my car, since my husband needed to go to work on Thursday and so did I, and we both headed in opposite directions - coming in Thursday AM to get the car was not going to be possible. Since my husband had remembered to bring in the spare key, Cody made a call and got some advice on how to get the car out of the fenced area. All in all, what could have been a really frustrating situation turned out well and I was able to get my car that evening. The next day the service writer also called and apologized for the mix up... We have always owned Ford/Lincoln/Mercury/Mazda vehicles and have had the best experience driving these well into several hundred thousand miles. We appreciate Cody's assistance and will remember this when we go to replace this car.

Great used Car buying esperience

Purchased a used car from Tony. It was a very good experience -- very efficient and arrived at what I thought was a great deal. Service after the sale -- a couple of minor items -- have been handled quickly and satisfactorily. Scott was also very helpful in the buying process and follow up. Jeff made the paperwork an easy task -- and went out of his way to help get a service contract for my Jeep.

I flew all the way from Texas to buy from Laird Noller

Jerry Hall and Jeff Kirwan took great care of me when I bought my Transit Connect from them. They're great people, and made sure that everything I could possibly need was taken care of. It was absolutely worth the trip! Thank you both!
