2014 Santa Fe from Laird Noller

Most convenient buying experience yet! Love the Santa Fe, great value with lots of extras. Josh was excellent to work with and made the process simple. No haggle/low price and simple transaction. He even had them deliver my new car right to my door!

Recall on Explorer

The service department worked with me to get my truck in for the repair, during one of their busiest weeks. The service I received was outstanding from start to finish and I apprreciate the offer of a courtesy ride if needed. Highly recommend Laird-Noller service department and their professional work with customers.

Thank You for a friendly service

My husband and I had purchased our previous van from Laird Noller in Topeka. It had a only needed basic work on it for the past 11 years of owning the Ford Windstar 2003. But about 2 months ago it took a turn for the worse. The cam went out, the rear brakes needed some gentle work, my rear axel had a crack in to all the way across, and lastly my transmission went out on the highway 35 coming back from KC to Lawrence. We were not looking to purchase a vehicle at this time but need came before the timing we were looking to replace our van. I went into Laird Noller Lawrence and looked around and at few options they had on the pre-owned lot with Sean, he was very fun, friendly and caring of what we needed in a vehicle. We gave him a run for his money but in the end the whole team wanted to work with us and didn't want us to walk off the lot to go somewhere else. They did what they needed to do. Thank You Sean and your team.

Pleasant Experience . . .

My car had it's first birthday last month so I came in for my 1st oil change yesterday. There was also a recall on the airbags, so both things were accomplished yesterday. I was treated well, and pleased with the service overall. My daughter, LeeAnn Legge, in 2009 purchased a Santa Fe from your dealership and she recommended her car - and your service to me when I was talking "new car." Betty Legge

Great buying experience

I purchased a new truck and did not have much time to spend due to a very busy schedule. All staff did everything they could to accommodate my schedule and still give me all the necessary information to make a educated purchase.

Will only buy from this ford

Love this ford dealer. they have always done a wonderful job. We bought my husband's car from Sean Isaccs and we just got my truck through Sean Isaccs. We can call Sean and he gets the job done 100% no questions asked no problems. there is no stress its just a done deal and we leave without spending hours there..

Good service and friendly people.

I am totally satisfied with the service department. My only criticism with the experience involves the chairs in the waiting area. They really need to be replaced.
