The dealership did great work repairing my car.
The dealership did great work repairing my car. However, I was told that the repair would take 2-3 days at most and it ended up taking over two weeks. Holm did not have a loaner vehicle available for me, and it was impossible for me to rent a car due to extenuating circumstances. It was very difficult to not have access to a vehicle for that amount of time and frustrating that no one at Holm prepared me for that possibility, nor offered any kind of substantial help.
