When I purchased my vehicle in July 2023, I was promised
When I purchased my vehicle in July 2023, I was promised 2 yrs of free oil changes entire rotations. The last time I was in, October 2024, I was told it was actually just for 4 oil changes over a 2-year period. This is definitely not what I was told when I bought my car. I drive a lot, and need to change my oil about every 3 months, which would equate to eight changes. I have already used my four. I am not happy about this. If the policy changed after I bought my car, I think I should have been grandfathered in with the 2 years of unlimited.
