I have been avoiding getting a new car for about a year just because of the buying process. I walked onto the lot at 3:30 on a Thursday, test drove a vehicle, found the vehicle that had everything I wanted from another lot, worked out the pricing and completed the financial paperwork and was out of there by 5:30. Jared never pressured me or never seemed annoyed when I changed my mind on a few things over the course of the deal. The icing on the cake is they gave me $1k more for a vehicle than what Carmax had offered. Highly recommended Front Royal Ford!

These guys always go above and beyond to give me the best experience. Zach made sure someone could pick my one vehicle up so that I could swap out my other vehicle, when the first one was complete. Front Royal Ford does all my service and repair work on my Ford and Volkswagen!

- Shopped for a new car
Men were nice. They did the main task of oil change but did not check/fill tires. I asked them twice to make sure the tire pressure was repaired. They said they did it. They didn't . I have 4 tires with 4 different pressures: from very low to high. They also could not answer or fix or suggest how to fix the computer glitches I have. They did try. The car is 10 months old, very new, and parts of the computer -tablet do not work. It worked before. I will look on youtube for the answer. I prefer a place that will make appointments. The walk-in only means hours in the waiting room.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and they told me something was wrong with my vehicle and it would cost $1400 to fix 7 hours of labor. I took to another place and they looked at what was told to me as wrong with my car and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I feel like they were trying to find an issue and charge me for something not necessary. This is not the first time they have done this with my vehicles.
