the facility was comfortable,nice and clean.all workers were friendly and helpful.chen duncan was very professional and helpful with my decision to buy the new kia soul.he explained everything to my satisfaction.

Great service and a honey bun

I decided it was time to trade my car in, I had seen the Kia Soul and decided it was the car for me. Lucky for me I got the help from Cedrick Bryant and finance manager Rachid Lagrini. Also thanks to all the guys who got the numbers together. I had my four year old grandson during the process and they treated him great. Cedrick heard him say he was hungry and pulled out a Honey Bun from his drawer and gave it to him. Happy Grandson, happy Nana!!

Extremely Happy with New Car and Service

From the moment that I pulled in to dealership I was treated so well by everyone, especially by the salesman who helped me, Cedric Bryant. He was pleasant and very knowledgable about the cars. I was impressed with the service that I received and would recommend Briggs to anyone that is looking for a car.

Very great service from dealer finance and service

After meeting James Garcia, He took the time out to show me the vehicle that I was looking for and told me he would help to get the price within the budget I wanted. He did and excellent job with keeping me informed with what was going on with the process of the deal. He made sure I wasn't becoming impatient. His customer service skills are outstanding. He explained everything to me fully and also the things I didn't understand about my vehicle and certain things within my paperwork, he went in depth to make sure I understood before moving to the nest subject. The service department explained their services fully and offer me to come back if I wish to have my free oil change done at their business location which is over sixty miles from my home, I'm sure this will be a trip worth taking. Rachid Lagrini in the finance department made sure all my final transactions went smoothly. He also explained everything to me in great details. This is the first time that I had a company that took so much pride in the business and the customer from beginning to end. I just everyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle stop at Briggs Kia Auto first before going anywhere else.

Cedric Bryant

Our experience at kia was amazing we got a good deal about trading in our old kia to a new kia sol. Cedric Bryant picked out our first car and then picked out our second car which is a 2014 we are very happy with the car it is a very smooth riding and peaceful. Cedric knows his field of cars and very smart at this and understanding about what the customer wants and helped us stick in our budget. We thank you Cedric Bryant so much for this opportunity.

2014 KIA Optima

I had the best experience at Briggs Kia because Daniel Wilkinson worked for both me and Briggs Kia. Daniel made a mistake on figures and quickly worked to find a solution agreeable to both the dealership and myself. Business manager was professional and pushy as expected. He has a challenging job. From the moment I stepped in I was treated with respect and my needs were met. I did not have time to have the car detailed so we made an appointment for the next week and they did a fabulous job. Appreciate everything!

Wonderful service.

My car broke down less than a week ago and I really needed a new dependable car as soon as possible. Carly was very courteous, professional and understood the stress I was dealing with at the moment. She walked me step by step through the process, immediately knew what car would suit me in my budget, and set me up quickly with a car I know I'll enjoy for a long time. Everyone there was kind and helpful with the process. I will recommend Briggs highly to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you very much for making this a painless process through a difficult week.

Love my car!!!

I went to Briggs Kia in Topeka to buy a Soul for the fuel economy and cargo space. I also wanted bench seats and roll up windows (prefer low tech). Even though there were no bench seats on the lot, Carly Stevenson went out of her way to double check which cars would offer them. She also pointed out any other models that had options I was looking for. I felt no pressure, just cheeful assistance. I wasn't sure about the Soul, although I have friends who love theirs, so Carly took me over to the Subaru lot where I purchased a Forester. When I got it home and drove a bit more, I realized that I need a different seat for joint and circulation problems. Although, I'm pretty sure car dealers and sales people hate this, Carly and Jay Deans, the sales manager, were gracious and agreed to do whatever is necessary to correct my error. I drove a lot of cars and deliberated a lot. Carly still smiled. In the end, I selected a used car that I totally love! I thought they might not give me a very good deal on it, but I was wrong! They detailed the car beautifully and I found everyone there to be friendly and professional. I would definitely buy from them again.
