Welcoming Atmosphere!

We went to get a KIA Soul and from the moment we arrived - it was evident that this dealership prided itself on making the customer feel at home. Johnny Pittman was our salesman and he was excellent. Everyone was very warm and friendly. I will recommend Briggs to all of our friends and relatives.

Dan Wilkinson was my salesman and he was awesome. I really appreciated his patience and sense of humor while we worked out a deal and went through the whole process. I'd been looking for a car for over a year, and I'd just gone to the lot to check it out. This was my second Kia purchase and I was slightly bitter about my first! I left with a great car, feeling like I'd gotten a fair deal and wasn't pressured at all.

Love my new car!

I had been considering purchasing a new car for several months, but I loved my Honda and wasn't sure Kia was really for me. Initially, the warranty that Kia offers is what drew me in, especially since my car was getting older and not as reliable as it once was. However, after test driving the Forte, I was hooked, and decided to finally make the jump and trade in my car. I've only had used cars before, so purchasing a new one was very exciting. Dan Ellsworth was very helpful and informative, and actually made the process fun. He was great about working to get what I wanted within my budget. I am genuinely impressed by the quality of the Forte, and love how it feels to drive. Thanks to everyone at Briggs!

Great overall experience

As a first time buyer I obviously had a lot of fears. I knew for a long time I wanted a Kia Soul. I just didn't know where to start. In fact, I started in the wrong place but luckily ended up at Briggs. I can't begin to explain the relief I had when I got settled in with Dan. He was kind and not the least bit pushy at all, which is truely what I expected. I am so glad that the actual car-buying experience itself was so great, I think it makes me love and appreciate my new car all the more!

Wonderful Service!

We just went to the Kia Dealership last night to look at a new car we saw online. We were not planning on purchasing yet but after speaking with our sales person, Carley, we decided it was the right time to buy. She was very knowledgable and friendly. I couldn't have been happier about the entire process including trading in our vehicle. We ended up purchasing a new Kia Optima Hybrid and absolutely love it.
