I am very happy with my new Kia Soul! My parents purchased a Kia Forte on the same day and they are also pleased. The service was great. The sales rep, Johnny, was very helpful. We recommend Briggs Kia to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The folks at Briggs Kia really did a great job! They were very laid back yet professional. Never during the process did I feel pressured or intimidated. And they were very willing to work with us when other near-by Kia dealers couldn't have cared less that we were on their lot and pretty much laughed us off the lot. We walked away from the other lot because of their customer service and their unwillingness to work with us on our trade-in. Ironically, Briggs Kia offered us the same amount for our trade but we were much more willing to take it from them because of their excellent customer service and willingness to work with us. Oh yeah, and the cookies after the sale are to die for :-)

I had James Garcia as my sales person. He was great. Very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he found the perfect fit. My finance person was Matt Tarman. Very helpful in letting me know of the option that I have in financing my car. I have bought many cars from dealerships and this is the first time I did not feel stressed out.
