Great Place to Purchase a car.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, always willing to answer any questions you may have. They made our buying experience wonderful, no pushy or over bearing sales tactics. When we left with our beautiful car we were glad we made the right choice.

Overall Great Service

I have bought two vehicles from Briggs Kia, the first was a 2006 Jeep Wrangler back in 2012 and now I just bought a brand new 2014 Kia Optima. When I bought the Jeep I dealt with Brandon Combs and when I bought the Optima I dealt with Carly Stevenson. Both experiences were great, this last one was even better than the first. In this last purchase I was shown both the parts department and the service department while also being introduced into the managers of both departments. I also had all of my questions answered, the buying process was very painless, and they worked with me on what I wanted on my trade. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new Kia or to get service done to their existing Kia because their customer service is excellent.

Best overall car buying experience we've ever had

We had a wonderful car buying experience with salesman Brandon Combs. We bought a new Optima and he went completely thru the car explaining engine, safety, etc etc. We will go to Briggs first with our next new car!

the absolute best guys, young men in Topeka Ks.

Like I told the main sales person I worked with, Dan Ellsworth. Briggs actually listened to my needs and went way above to meet my needs.I was leary about a smaller vehicle, but all the sales staff made me feel adventurous and I did go for the Kia Soul and got it.

New car

I just purchased a Kia Sportage & love my new car! I had a great experience with the guys at Briggs Kia in Topeka, they were all very helpful & nice & very willing to help! I would recommend any friend to their dealership for a purchase of a new car! The day I purchased my car about 10 other cars were sold! Great job to them all!!

Purchased 2014 Sorrento

Cedric was friendly and answered any of my questions. He offered extras and the bonus was the remote starter. My coworker bought a 2013 at the Lawrence dealership and wished they had gone to him instead. As for the business manger, on the interest rate I asked him to look up the City Employees Credit Union and he told me it was 4%, that is not correct, it's 2.5%.
