I have owned my Volvo for more than 20 years. Throughout the 20 years I got to know the gentlemen in the Service Department..... while they got to know my 1996 850 GLT. When my Volvo decided it was tired of functioning properly, Bobby Johnson was awesome as he introduced me to the Volvo S90. When I finally made the decision to go with the S90, the entire Annapolis Volvo staff was attentive throughout my experience. After I sealed the deal, Lee Tratnyek was patient with me as he explained the technical aspects of my new vehicle. I am still on cloud nine!

I'm a single mom and came in looking for a used car for my teen-aged son. Expected the usual "used car" hassle that seems to always happen whenever I car shop alone - I came in ready to do battle! Instead came away feeling like a respected member of the family - Ray was easy-going, quick with a smile and very accommodating. He - like the entire staff - were honest and genuine; just really impressed me with their openness, thoughtful demeanor, and willingness to work with me. My wife and I were looking for a good used car for our son, and saw a nice used Hyundai on the lot, but the dealership was closed. I contacted Peter Slette and we sent several emails back and forth, and his responses were always fair and informational. I never once felt he was trying to pressure me into a sale, or try to get me to come to the dealership so he could "close the deal". When we finally did agree on general terms via email, my wife and I visited the dealership for a test drive and final negotiations. Again, there was no pressure from Peter or Ray Garville, who were both working with us. Both Ray and Peter pretty much let my wife and I have as much time inspecting the car as we needed, and didn't "hover". During the test drive, Ray was informational but never "pushy". The whole process was very stress-free, and both Peter and Ray were helpful; they never tried to pressure us, and seemed genuinely friendly. I would recommend them both to friends.

I just bought an XC-60. This was my 4th vehicle from Annapolis Volvo. Ryan Crawford was really great to work with. This was an awesome buying experience.

The dealership was clean and bright. The staff, in general, and our Sales Person, Ryan Crawford, specifically were nice. Ryan not only answered our questions as we voiced them, but was great at anticipating what we might need and had answers and assurances before we even asked. He was knowledgeable about all the models of interest, and of the processes for both purchase and leasing. His help saved us a great deal of money as well as time. He made sure we understood the car and our options. He also assured us any future help needed would be as close as a call to him. Anyone seeking a car new or used should ask for Ryan by name. This is our first Volvo, and to date, we have been very satisfied with the car. The dealership had a large stock, but even then went out to find the exact options we desired. Ryan was involved in every step, and kept us informed as to progress, which was a stress reliever for us.

Buying a Volvo was a pleasure with this dealership. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I was just looking and the next thing I know I was pulling out in my new Volvo wagon which happens to look brand spanking new, although a 2012!

I have been wanting a Volvo for many years. My son and I would drive through the dealership on Sundays to look at the cars. After a few trips to the dealership, yesterday was finally the time to purchase our new XC90. From start to finish, the buying experience was easy and hassle free. We were treated with respect not only from our sales person, Lawrence Huggins but from the entire staff. If you want a Volvo, you need to buy it from Annapolis Volvo. You will not be disappointed. PS. When I win the lottery, I'll be back for my V70 Polestar :)

Bobby Johnson was most helpful, i had first met him over a year ago when the XC90's first came out and he spent a great deal of time with me then. He was very patient with my wife and I also with my 5 year old grandson. he answered question in a concise straightforward understandable manner. These new Volvo's are so complicated, but Bobby understood which issues were easy to understand, and which required additional explanation. I have called and visited with him several times during and after the sale process, and he always made himself available to talk with us. I can't say enough about his patience especially with that 5 year old, who had as many questions as Joy and i had. I would also like to mention Marlowe Simms whom i first talked to in the showroom. he was also very helpful.
