If you want to save time and money, this is the place to go. My experience with CarMax has been solid from start to finish. I recently purchased a van, and even though it had some mechanical issues shortly after, their team handled it exactly how you’d hope a company would. They stayed on top of everything and got my vehicle serviced the same day without giving me the runaround. That level of responsiveness really matters, especially when you depend on your vehicle daily. I also want to give a shoutout to their MaxCare protection plan—it’s absolutely worth it. Knowing that they stand behind their vehicles and take care of issues quickly gives real peace of mind. Overall, CarMax has been taking good care of me, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car buying experience.

The entire dealership atmosphere was Professional, clean, accommodating, relaxing, friendly. My Carmax agent made the entire experience unforgettably enjoyable. Even after driving away in the car he helped us buy, a few weeks later I reached back to Andrea to help facilitate a rebate which he personally saw through. This is an immaculately clean and warm dealership. The process was detailed, taking about 1 hour to include fiance. The Titan was very clean and polished, complete with a bow. I would use the Laurel Carmax agin and highly recommend it.
