Tri-State Nissan

Very very slow process it took over 5 hours to finish the deal and get out. The main reason for this is only one finance person working at the time. I am so mad to have to spend this much time here! For some reason we were put last behind a couple that was behind us. I will not let this happen again!

We are very disappointed because the car that we were dealing with was switched with another model at the time we were doing the paper work with the financing. When we finished with all the paper work it was time for them to close and we took off with the car. The next morning we saw that the car was dirty and we realized that they gave us the model FE+ instead of the FE+SV which we thought we purchased.

Steve and Brian were great to work with and they made the car buying experience as enjoyable as it can be. Will definitely come back when it's time to replace our next vehicle. The only negative thing about the entire experience was the time it took to complete the process. Once we came to an agreement on price, terms, trade-in, and everything else (which was very easy with Steve and Brian), the length of time it took to see the financial person was painfully long. Not sure if they were understaffed on that day or what, but that part of the process was way too long. Otherwise the experience was terrific and we will be definitely be back.
