Excellent service for a very simple car buying experience. The prices were great for the new car as well as my trade-in value. Jojo also took extra time to check for all available incentive offers as well to help with the price. He also had to find a second option on the car because the original one I was buying had some mileage on it. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to at least go and check them out.

Jo Jo was Great. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He took the time to explain and set up all the extras on the Rouge we bought. Cathy in finance was great too. We went in on a Sunday to look and ended up leaving with our new car because she came in on her day off to finish our sell ! When its time we decide to but another car we will return to Tri-State Nissan and hope JoJo is still there :)

From the initial phone call to Troy Jackson to when we drove away from the dealership in our new 2013 Nissan Rouge, we were treated with awesome service. Troy Jackson was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He took the time to walk the lot with us to make sure we had what we wanted. He wasn't pushy or made us feel rushed into making a decision. Sheena Racey, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and took her time to explain what we were signing.
