I went in knowing exactly what i wanted. The salesman took great care of me and ordered the car and got it there super fast. Much easier to handle and friendly than other nissan dealers in the area.

Me and my wife have bought several cars from Tristate...

Me and my wife have bought several cars from Tristate nissan over the years. My wife loves the service department. They call her by name and when the car is done they bring it to her , not make her wait 30 minutes longer. They understand our time is very valuble. Sometimes they even wash it for her. Rusty Moorhouse who Ive come to know from our expeience with the dealership called me and was talking to me about track leasing. I had never heard of it before. I own a pest control company. I have 4 trucks financed in my personal name and my wifes name. With the track lease I was able to remove my name and my wifes name as primary financers. The company has the trucks in its name now and this has freed up a ton of personal credit for us. I highly reccomend the track lease option for business owners that need vehicles. Also I would reccomend Rusty Moorhouse , as I could see he didnt give me the "car salemans" speal. He was generaly concerned about my business and its success. He understands relationships and what they mean to both sides.Tristate Nissan is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee. There were several times he talked to me on his days off to answer questions.I would also like to mention David Vincnet. He worked very hard to get this deal done. I have great credit, but when you own a small business and every thing is in your name it is hard to get credit because you look over extended. Thanks again Rusty, David and Tristate Nissan.

My wife and I visited numerous dealerships before coming to your dealership. We were so impressed with David's selling techniques, and no "xxxxxx" business. He was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and working with us to find our perfect car. We can't say enough good things about him. Exceptional.

I was unsure of what type of car I wanted or could afford...

I was unsure of what type of car I wanted or could afford but after meeting D.J. Lilly and being shown the Ford Escape I eventually bought at Tri-State Nissan I can honestly say I am really glad I came to Tri-State Nissan. The customer service was thoughtful and steady- I am impressed by sales consultant D.J. Lilly's expertise and knowledge of vehicles. I am really enjoying driving my new used Escape- it looks brand new and appreciate all the help and assitance I found at Tri-State Nissan. From working with D.J., to Cathy's knowledge of the warranty I bought, and Jeremy's quick and efficient handling of the financial paperwork, I would say I would easily come back to Tri-State Nissan to purchase another car- also I would recommend all of the staff I met during my car buying process at Tri-State. This was my first dealing with Tri State Nissan and I was...

This was my first dealing with Tri State Nissan and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Not only was everyone there friendly, but with the help of Matt, David and Cathy I was able to satisfy my "wish list" and still stay within my budget. Being the Honda Accord fan that I am, I was hesitant...very hesitant... to try another make/model. But with the Memorial Day sales, I stopped in (on my way to the Honda Dealer) and was made an offer I couldn't pass it up. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima and love it...and so do all my family and friends. Thanks to all of you and I will definitely recommend TriState to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Troy Jackson was the first person to greet us when we...

Troy Jackson was the first person to greet us when we arrived and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to achieve the goal we had in mind when we came to Tri-State Nissan. Cathy was very expedient and pleasant and did a wonderful job walking us through the paperwork. We will definitely recommend Tri-State and send them to Troy as well. We gave all "GREAT" ratings because every aspect of our purchase was well... GREAT! Troy and Cathy, thanks for a job well done!

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and...

This was my first time buying a new vehicle and Daniel"ChooChoo" Nelson was extremely patience with me and I honestly was not easy to deal with. Although I was stressed about buying a new car Dave and Daniel both worked to get a payment that I would finally agree to. An Jeremy made all of the paper work as painless as possible. Overall my experience was great and I look forward to buying my next vehicle at Tri State Nissan.
