Great service and was able to deal with the sales person.D.J.was friendly and down to earth.The only flaw might be the lenght of time at the dealership.

After spending over four hours at the dealership I ended...

After spending over four hours at the dealership I ended up with a car that sounds like it has rods knocking, the miles on the odometer were listed incorrectly (by 90+ miles), my offer on price was completely ignored and when I finally got out with the car it didn't even have a full tank of gas. You can bet that I'm going to have plenty to say to people about the car and your dealership.

Tri-State Nissan was not informed by this customer of any issues prior to this review being posted. Since this review was posted, Tri-State Nissan has reached out to this customer several times in order to attempt to resolve his issues. His salesperson corrected the error regarding the full tank of gas owed with purchase, his salesperson was new to the business and this slipped his mind. We could not verify concern with the sound of the engine for the customer. We did not ignore his price offer, it simply was not within the realm of possibility on this low of a mark up vehicle. As anyone can see, customer satisfaction is very important to Tri-State Nissan. We are more than willing to address any concerns and attempt to correct issues if they exist when they are brought to our attention. Thank you.

In june of 2011 I made my first trip back into tri-state nissan after many years. I met my salesman DJ Lilly and purchased a beautiful new Titan truck. As stated in a previous DealerRater review I left there feeling It was the best buying experience of my life, and believe me I've purchased alot of cars over the years in lots of different makes and models. I loved my new Titan truck, but unfortunately my wife didn't share the same enthusiasm for it. I had traded a nissan rogue on the truck, (which she never forgave me for) and after much discussion it was decided that we would like to have another Rogue. I figured although being a little upside down on the truck I would give it a try. I saw that they had a pearl white Sl on the lot and contacted DJ. In short order he and Angel had a deal worked up that I couldn't pass on. When I arrived at the dealership DJ was busy with another customer, so Angel stepped in until DJ was done so I wouldn't have to wait. The financing was quick and painless with Jeremy, and he even reminded that I had purchased gap insurance on the truck and had the papers ready for the refund without even asking. Before I knew it I was driving off the lot in our new rogue. As long as I'm in the market for a Nissan, I will never step foot in another Nissan dealer. They like to use the slogan "Dealership for life", I call them friends for life.

We came from out of state to get a vehicle. We were...

We came from out of state to get a vehicle. We were nervous coming so far for a vehicle but the car was such a great deal. When we got there the vehicle was everything they said it would be. DJ was our sales associate and made the process very easy. We were very pleased with the dealership. Cathy made the financing very easy and explained everything. This is definately a great dealership and I would recommend them to anyone.

We came in to trade our Highlander for our 2nd vehicle...

We came in to trade our Highlander for our 2nd vehicle from Tri State. We were greeted by D.J as soon as we came into the door. He helped us out the entire morning making us feel comfortable with our trade and purchase. Cathy then made our financing quick and easy! I highly recommend this dealership because you are greeted as soon as you start to show interest in the vehicles. The employees there are willing to help you find what will be best for you and strive to make it happen.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience at tri state Nissan. Dj Lilly was by far the most helpful salesman we have ever dealt with. We highly recommend customers to stop in and try the experience. He did anything and everything to get us what we wanted. No other dealership gave us all of these opportunities. We just want to say thank you for help and god bless.

I wanted to say, the experience was great. My Sales...

I wanted to say, the experience was great. My Sales Agent, Matt Fanning, was very helpful and did an outstanding job of making sure I was taken care of. He took me around and introduced me to all the sales department and the service department, which I thought was awsome. I am very happy with my experence and would recommend Tri State Nissan if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I have to give Matt a hard time though. Me being an NC Tarheel fan, I told him I cannot believe I bought a car from a Duke fan. So give Tri State Nissan a chance and I do not believe you will go wrong.

We went into the shop for one care specifically, which we found online. Our salesman was Rusty Moorehouse and he was outstanding from the handshake. Helped us get the price we wanted and everything went smoothly from that point, up until we had to wait an excessivley long time for the finance paperwork to be put togehter. We waited the better part of 2 1/2 hours which is awful. We tried to explain to the gentleman the we had a disabled child at home waiting on his medication, but the finance man sure seemed indifferent to out plight. Eventually, someone called in one of your other financial specialists, Cathy, who was on an outing with her children came in to take care of us and she was a joy to work with and even got us a better rate on our loan. Rusty and Cathy are clearly the stars of this dealership. The excessive wait on finance is the only reason we can't rate the experience 5 stars across the board. We would buy from here again provided we could deal exclusively with Rusty and Cathy. Thank you, Patrick, Candy and Holly Quinn
