Robby Mardis and Chris Engle are crooks. Spent thousands to fix my Jeep and they ruined it and took no responsibility. With managers like Chris Engle and a coward GM who will never call you back I’m not surprised. Take your vehicle anywhere but here.

Very unprofessional service.

Very unprofessional service. Service advisor Robby Mardis was rude and dismissive. They kept my car for over a month, changing expensive parts one by one without proper diagnostics, and still didn’t fix the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me and tried to charge more. Stay away from this dealership if you don’t want to waste money and time

Service manager Robby is unprofessional – they keep

Service manager Robby is unprofessional – they keep swapping parts without proper diagnostics at the owner’s expense. Very rude and unhelpful.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. No responsibility or accountability whatsoever. Do not take your car to this service center. My Jeep is worse after a year and half than when I took it in. They will string you along especially if you have a warranty and never fix anything. Run! Don’t walk from this place

Robby and the service team were very responsive to what

Robby and the service team were very responsive to what my problems were to ensure the power steering and automatic windshield wipers was fixed as other dealerships weren’t as responsive to fix the problems. Robby and service team kept me up to date as to the status of my vehicle. The dealership was fantastic as I have had no more problems. They bent over backwards to get my 2025 Chrysler Pacifica fixed as I was from Utah was stranded in Cincinnati without it to get back home.

I set an appointment for 9:00.

I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.
