Parson's Continues to be a Solid Organization

We purchased our 2010 Focus years ago from Parsons. It's a great little car and has always been serviced by Parsons, they are solid. Ford Service is the only place to have a Ford serviced. I have mobility issues and I appreciated their attempts to facilitate my comfort. Thank You.

Oil change, tire rotation, etc

I explained I was on a time crunch (3 hour window) to have my Explorer serviced when I made the appointment and again when I arrived for that appointment. The task was completed well within my timeframe. My thanks to the front desk people, the maintenance crew and the cashier for their help and kindness.

Service work

Had my car sent to kent parsons to see what was going on as the steering was locking up and many other issues. They got my vehicle in the shop to be looked at and got it fixed within a few days. Service was great and they informed me of everything going.
