Parsons Lincoln Martinsburg, WV Sales/Service

I have been associated with Parsons Ford/Lincoln for the past 12 years and have purchased a total of 6 cars from that organization. My experience with the Sales People (Woody Scarborough and Dave Wilt) and the Service Advisor (Howard Chaney) has been nothing but excellent. This is the most professional Car Sales and Service Organization I have ever been associated with.

Dealership Broke my truck

So we were going on vacation to Florida 1000mile trip one way we dropped truck off for a routine maintenance oil change and fuel filter change the mechanic broke the fuel and fuel line trying to get fuel filter out now they want me to pay for parts to fix the truck they will cover labor parts cost alone is $1354.00 so we had to cancel our vacation do to the fact we were taking our boat with us and that being only truck we have capable of pulling the boat they could not get parts in time to fix the truck for our trip even if I were to pay for them I requested to have my trucked pulled out to lot service manager said not till you pay for oil change later he towed truck out I will have all of my work done at Hagerstown Ford now and would not recommend anyone using this service center

We all here at Kent Parsons hate reading about this and take no pride in what happen to your truck. We definitely care about our clients while maintaining a certain responsibility to our employer. Thank goodness we are able to call our employer a locally raised resident of the eastern panhandle we serve. Thank goodness our family owned Dealership since 1967 Leader acted swiftly upon hearing of this situation. We understand vehicles are very personal part of all of our lives and cause many emotions. This happened Tuesday at close of business this week and didn't Mr. Parsons instruct his service management and team to take care of the COST of all the PARTS and LABOR of this unfortunate mishap Wednesday morning first thing ? The answer is of course he did! He lives, works, and sleeps in this community and he cares about his clients. Your not gonna find another dealership within 500 miles that has this same benefit. We only wish Ford would be able to offer an extended warranty that far reaches the HUNDRED of THOUSANDS of miles YOU currently have on your truck so that we would feel confident in attempting to maintain it going forward. We hope you are able to find this above average service elsewhere. Again we are all sorry this happened on our watch. And hope replacing your parts for free creates some sense of satisfaction. They didn't have the car I wanted, but promised me they'd find one. And they did. The Service Dept. isn't my favorite. Hope they're better now.
