Work done on my car.

I have been going to Parson Ford now for over 10 years and have had no trouble with any of the work done on Both cars I bring there. I have alway be very Happy with the work that has been done by Mech and my service write Kevin. I can always depend that the work was done wright before I left there. I love the Free car wash you get if you ask for it. Thank You. Nick Sirico

Car maintenance

Thought I had a problem with my new Ford Escape, but it was just a feature of the car I had not understood. The maintenance staff were very patient and kind...also quick.

State inspection, oil change and tire rotation!

Took my car in for state inspection, oil change and tire rotation! Got there at 8 am and state inspection and oil change were completed. Service personnel came and told me that they could not rotate my tires due to I needed all lug nuts replaced (20 in fact). Service personnel was good enough to tell me I could get lug nuts cheaper at Auto Zone which I picked up and went back to service department next day to have them put one. After waiting for 2 hrs I was told that lug nuts were not long enoug snd if they used them I would not be able to get hubcap back on. Told know that would not work. Told them to put correct lug nuts on. They had to order the lug nuts. Going back Wednesday to get them on. Sad that Ford Motor company has not done a recall on these lug nuts. Was told by service manager hat they have replaced a few of these and information on internet also has a lot of unhappy customers. With all this said the service personel is always very helpful!

Poor customer service / Poor service department

The purchase process was great. However, trying to get service for my vehicle has been a nightmare. I received a recall notice for my car and I called to schedule an appointment. The first person took my information but no one ever called me back. A day later, I tried to chat, the person in chat took my information and no one called me back. Several days later, I called again and spoke to a man who said he would look into it. He sat the phone down, didn't put it on mute, and had a conversation with other employees that had nothing to do with my recall or seeing if they had my information. Eventually, he came back on the line saying that no one knew anything. He then told me they had the part I needed for my car and we scheduled an appointment. I asked how long it would take and he said a few hours. I arrived for my appointment and everything went fine at first. But, 40 minutes later he said my car was ready, that it does need the part and they would order it. I left the service center without question, but I was confused so I called back later. I told the service person that I believe he was the one I scheduled my appointment with and he told me that they had the part for the recall, so I was confused why I had to bring the car back. He gave me three different stories before I told him to cancel the part order I wasn't bringing my car back. He then hung up on me. I called back again and could not get through, I then called the parts number and they transferred me to a random mailbox. I called the sales office and asked for a manager, and I was transferred to another mailbox. I called back to the service department again and asked to speak to the manager. The manager said that he wasn't aware of the situation, and when I told him that his service person hung up on me, he said that again, he wasn't aware of the situation. I asked to speak to his manager and he told me that I could call the owner of the dealership but he wasn't sure when he was in or if he'd check his voicemail. I called the sales office again to try and get a manager. The salesperson was nice and took my information and told me the general manager would call me back. I have not received any call. I emailed my sales rep and requested that my information be removed because I wouldn't be doing business with the dealership and asked how I could make sure that I no longer receive offers etc... he has not contacted me back at all. All it would have taken to keep my business was an acknowledgement that they made a mistake with my service appointments and in the service dept. Instead, they have completely ignored me altogether. I would not recommend this dealership.
