Grant Geiser and Derrick Pete were amazing!

Grant Geiser and Derrick Pete were amazing! The dealership’s salesman put me in a bad lease in May 2024. I met Grant in August when he sold my daughter and husband both new cars. Grant was able to fix my bad lease from May.

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever!!!! Dropped my car off on a Wednesday night after making an appointment Thursday to be called and told I didn’t have an appointment and they would “squeeze me in” Despite starting off the wrong way, I left my car for two days. Finally I receive an estimate and it says I have no cost. Makes sense because I just bought the car in march 2023. I go in to pick my car up and Steve the advisor says it will be $305.50 you can imagine I’m shocked so I show him what I received and he says that he just wasn’t looking at the 0’s. Steve offers to let my speak with CJ the manager, and he comes over and says well this is technology and we have no control, but if you do t want to give us $305.50 today we can put the dead battery back in your car. I ask CJ isn’t that a silly solution? He says well you bought your car from emich Kia so either you or Enoch has to pay this. Mind you I am not the only person that has been mislead by arapahoe Kia as I’m standing in the corner to speak with consumer relations he is being just as rude and dismissive to another couple upset by their misleading tactics. All this to say if you’re looking for good, truthful upfront repairs, Arapahoe kia is not the place!!!
